If i could give zero stars i would.

I started my service in May 2023. It's now September 2023 and they have not swapped out my filters once in four months. There is always an excuse.

They will call once and then leave without waiting for a response or knocking/ringing the doorbell.

When you try and call the office the person who makes decisions is always "unavailable" or "in a meeting. "

Absolutely horrible service across the board.

My experience with Culligan water was outstanding. My tech Joseph was very professional, easy going, and is great at performing his duties. Also, the water filtration system he installed is amazing, much more filtered compared to bottled water. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

Culligan tech was prompt, cleaned up after himself and provided us with great tasting water.

I am very happy with the clean, smooth feel of the water treated by your system at all my faucets in my home!

Water machine looks edgy and fits right into any decor. Quick easy and professional installation.

TERRIBLE! Do not do business with this company. I purchased a water softener and RO system from this company 5yrs ago, it’s been nothing but headaches ever since. My water softener doesn’t work properly, water stains on my dishes! I’ve had them come out several times but they can never seem to program it correctly. I just recently started having issues with my RO system, they came out to “fix it” but the following day it broke again. Every time I call for an appointment they want to schedule me several weeks out. Seems ridiculous that I have to buy bottled water from a grocery store when I’m making monthly payments on a broken RO system.

Horrible service. They never deliver new tanks on time. They don't notify when a delivery has been missed. Customer service is a loss.

Quick response to phone calls and requests and servicing is done on a regular and steady schedule.

My water feels and tastes glorious. Sooo happy! The installers were prompt and did a fantastic job!

Been a Long Time Customer of Culligan of Ventura. Great Customer Service and Service. Having Soft Water Service has Saved $1000's of Dollars to our Bottom Line and Appliances Since Hard Water is Detrimental to Appliances.

Love my kitchen water filter, water tastes so good. Delivery is very efficiently done to accommodate my painted garage floor. Thank you!

After 45 years of service in Ventura with the same company, first Culligan, then Harris Water, and, back to Culligan, I'm switching to Pacific Water Conditioning. Never in the history of my account have I had such horrible service as I have in the past 3 years. On going delayed deliveries, so far this week it's going to be 4 days late. Continued promises of credits for substandard service that are never received. Phone calls that are never returned. The majority of service time was with Harris Water whose customer service, delivery, and maintenance was IMPECCABLE! If there was ever an issue you received an immediate response and action if required. It's sad that a change in corporate ownership, lack of work ethic, and greed can drive loyal customers away, but apparently this is the goal. Currently I am waiting for a return phone call from the route manager as customer service did not return my call again. Additionally, as of my notice to discontinue service I was told that it could not be done until the 24th of July and I was responsible for the full month's bill, just adding insult to dissatisfaction!

My family and I are safe because of our drinking water RO, we also use it for cooking and we save a lot, instead of buying bottled water from the grocery store. The whole house water filtration is the best! We enjoy the best water in Santa Barbara through Culligan water softener. Love it!

Been using Culligan of Ventura County Water Softener Services for 4 years now. They are are a necessity due to the Hard Water in Simi Valley.
