Culver City Urgent Care

I would absolutely recomend this little clinic to others. I had a great experience at this little clinic. The waiting staff was very friendly and helpful getting me signed in. I scheduled an appointment online and was in the room getting vitals taken at exactly the time I chose. There was a little bit of a wait for the practitioner, but I count 5-10 mins as a very reasonable wait for concise, purposeful, and quick care!

A little expensive without insurance but doctor took care of me immediately with same day meds and was very nice and reassuring.

This place has saved me multiple times. Really gotta give it up, typically very quick wait times and solid care.

I value UrgentMed's walk-in clinic's adaptability. Setting up appointments in advance might be difficult for a busy professional. I can go in to UrgentMed if I have a medical emergency and obtain prompt attention without having to disturb my schedule!

My first time here and on a Sunday! I was a bit skeptical as I waited about half hour past my appointment time but the staff and PA were great! My needs were met and Definitely using this facility again if needed!

Took my boyfriend here and they were so helpful, Dr.and his medical assistant that was a male was so caring! They made sure he was comfortable and feeling better before releasing him. Would definitely recommend to others!

I am so grateful for UrgentMed's extended hours. I had a sudden illness late at night, and they were there to provide me with the care I needed. The convenience and quality of service make UrgentMed my go-to urgent care clinic.

They are the best, and I've come here a lot. The doctor and her staff are really competent and helpful. They go above and beyond to see that their patients are looked after and have what they require. They are now my main care doctor.

Was pleasantly surprised how fast it was! All paperwork is filled out on the convenient app including taking pics of your ID & ins card. The staff were all ridiculously nice! Dr listened to everything I had to say, was thorough, professional, and explained every symptom and prescribed medicine. Not one complaint about my sick visit today. Highly recommend!

Went twice (4/6 and 4/11). The first time I experienced a long wait and wasn't told the x-ray machine was out until after waiting 2 hours. They were able to get me an appointment from a nearby clinic that did tho. When I called back asking about my x-ray they said it was negative but suggested coming in to make sure it wasn't a hairline fracture. When I came in they were super attentive, gave me my choice of a medical boot or shoe, gave me some medical tape and didn't charge me a second co-pay.

Issue wasn't fixed and I decided to go to a different urgent care that was able to diagnose me better and give me better care that fixed the problem all for half the price! Never EVER coming back here.

The day we came in staff did not show up to assist the provider. The gal up front was awesome. Clear. Helpful. Apologetic Sent us elsewhere. Then called when staff arrived. She was dialed in. Made all the difference. It about people. Doc was awesome too.

The Best.
Quick service and warm welcoming atmosphere. Employees and Doctor are the best. They really cared how I was feeling.

I am a Registered Nurse, and I can honestly say that I received wonderful care at this location. The staff was amazing and attentive to my needs. The Dr was very detailed, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. He payed special attention to my needs. I recommend this Urgent Care to anyone wanting proper and effective care.

The staff was super fast. I was seen almost immediately. Super nice doctor and nurses and they really helped me out. I am normally dreading going to urgent care centers but this place is my new go to

What a godawful place. I just went for a physical and the receptionist lied repeatedly that the service is covered under my insurance and later charged me 28$ for it. The nurses have no basic qualifications and make you wait for hours before you can see a doctor. They don't know how to draw blood for a simple blood test and I left with bruises around my arms. If you want to waste 3 hours for a doctor to prescribe you aspirin and charge you a hundred dollars, this is the place to go.

Took my daughter in and the front desk staff and nurses Niya and nurse NeNe were all amazing! Place is clean and we were put in a room right away and the doctor was so kind and gave us so much information on what to do at home for my child as well.
Highly recommend this urgent care! 2nd time here and both visits were great experiences.

The girl who answers the phone, whose name I don’t even care to remember but starts with an M is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She acts like she hates her job, hung up in my face when I asked a simple question. The receptionist were even rude when I came in. Don’t waste your time coming here. They have bully energy
