Culver Mailbox, Culver City CA

I have been using the mailbox to drop off envelopes for my rent for several months now and have always and friendly interactions but I recently went in to drop off some ebay purchases and had a simple question of where to add an additional forever stamp to a letter postage that was off by 1 ounce and the old man that tried to help me was very rude. I disclosed the contents and he proceeded to tell me it was invalid mail when I am well aware that it meets USPS requirements. I wish someone behind the counter helped me because he stopped me at the door before I could see the normal friendly people I interact with. My primary issue is that even after disclosing there are collectable cards inside he continued to question the contents pressing, bending and folding the mail while his thumbs were over the "Caution do not crush bend or fold" sticker on the front of the envelope

Best shipping center on the westside. Kind, friendly, polite, patient, always helpful with advice on how to lower cost of shipping. A true local neighborhood gem.

Talk about terrible service. I waited 20 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. The people behind the counter seem to spend more time talking than they do helping customers. I go somewhere else if you have the option

I have been using Perry's mailbox facility for many years. I actually have a post office right next door to my office but I drive over to Perry's because of the service and variety of options in one place.

Thank you Kevin & Brisa! I came in with a bunch of shipments I needed to send out via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and they helped me get it all sorted out. I had all the forms filled out but was unsure about my packaging and they gave me the proper info I needed to ensure my packages got where they needed.

When I am pressed for time and stress the most I know exactly where to go for help. Love love this place! They handle it all Notary, Live Scan, they have a computer you can use the Internet for a fee, mailboxes for rent, printing, you name it they handle all of your needs with a smile and a wonderful family like setting. I’m so grateful for this location, it’s so easy you could fax anything to them or email anything to them and they will print it out for you in a split-second thank you Culver mailbox for all that you do!

Needed a livescan and had issues finding a place that would take me immediately. There wasn't a wait here and the prices go comparable with other places. Much cheaper than Culver City PD!

The staff and owner are very friendly and their prices are reasonable. They were closed when I got there, but after telling them I just wanted to fax one page, they were kind enough to fax it for free! I would highly recommend them.

This has been my go-to mailing place for more than 7 years. They can handle all of your mailing needs. They're always very helpful and make sure you get the best shipping rates/methods. I wish USPS could be more like this place.
