This place was very throughly in their dental cleaning. The doctor was very helpful in identifying problems and ways to improve your smile. The staff were very nice and overall I had a very good experience.

I did two fillings with them. They told me the total out of pocket to get two cavity filling is $200 and it ended up being $700. After multiple rounds of discussion, we’ve reached an agreement to share the extra costs that both side feel acceptable. I would be super careful of the price estimate they give going forward.

They are SCAMMERS. Totally Agree with the other Reviews with the Overcharging, Padding the Bill, and not Refunding Patients for Services
not provided. They are FIRST CLASS SCAMMERS. The MOST DISHONEST DENTIST and DENTAL GROUP ever. They have A Full On MO going in their Office for adding undisclosed charges to your Bill everytime you come for an Appointment. RUN and DON'T EVER COME BACK. There are many other Dentists who will appreciate your business and provide Dental Services Honestly. SHAME ON THEM FOR BEING A TRUE DISGRACE!

Dr.nava is so sweet, and consistently makes sure your comfortable, honestly look forward to going into the dentist cause everyone is so friendly and i always leave feeling good.

They just want to charge you as much as possible without telling you an actual treatment plan! We took the first consultation for a treatment plan. They told us they would give us a treatment plan next time after we sent over x-ray results from another doctor. However during the next appointment, they told us the existing x-ray results were not sufficient. So they took panorex and charged us for that. But they didn't have a treatment plan yet even after the panorex results. They told us we had to schedule another appointment for a treatment plan, and of course there would be another charge for that. Obviously, they have been tricking us for multiple visits with multiple charges just for a treatment plan. What a ridiculous clinic! Their only concern is how often and how much they can charge you.

I am very disappointed with their attitude and treatment plan. I feel like they are looking to extract teeth more than protecting them so they can charge more money to the insurance. I don't recommend this place.

Premier Service as always even during a pandemic. Fedra is a great Hygienist and Dr Nava is simply the best.

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to the Cupertino Dental Group whether it is for cleaning or more serious issues such as crowns or implants. The staff is kind and accommodating. Dr. J. J. Salehieh is the bomb, meaning, he is a very caring, thoughtful, and a forward thinking dentist. I wish I can get more work done on my teeth to further build for the future. I strongly agree with him that flossing at least twice a day, brushing your teeth as many times as you can, and sleeping with a night-guard give your teeth and your overall health a good chance. Dr. Scott Dault, Periodontist is awesome and very knowledgeable. Having dentistry specialities under one roof is extremely convenient for busy folks.

Cassie did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Very friendly and fun to talk to. I have been a patient of Cupertino Dental Group since 1982. All three sons are also patients here.

They double charge you. Once direct bill and another to your insurance. Repeatedly! When called, won’t answer the question about billing.

This doesn’t feel like an honest practice.

I just started going to the dentist again it’s been 13 years. They are nicest people ever. Jodi who did my deep cleaning most caring and kindest way possible. I had a really bad phobia of going to the dentist, but I won’t mind going back again. They all take the best care of you. And Karen the care coordinator she always a pleasure to talk to.
Everything was clean and up to date with COVID-19 restrictions.

Dr. Angie Pagonis and her assistant Joan are great. I get great treatment, and information on how to maintain my dental health. I would recommend them without reservation.

Had a great experience with Dr. Sharareh Tajbakhsh, and the hygienist Kelli. She cares about the patient, and explains everything clearly, with all the consequences and pros and cons of every treatments.

I have been going to Cupertino Dental Group for over 40 years. Alex Pagonis and his hygienist Laurel have always given me great care. They have also taught me many things to improve my oral health. I know that my teeth and gums are in much better condition because I have been going to Cupertino Dental Group.

I have been going to Cupertino Dental Group for years now. They are, by far, the best dentists and hygienists I have ever had in my entire life visiting dentists. They are soo gentle that I typically get sleepy in the chair, which is pretty amazing in my book. They are always on time and don't take too long either, even with being gentle and thorough. I am always amazed. I will always keep coming back!
