Despite all the signs left up, masking is*not* required, just strongly encouraged. Other than that, one of the best libraries in the valley.
We have been going to the Cupertino library for years. Excellent staff, services and facilities. Events and activities are starting to come back
Libraries are awesome. So many free and helpful resources beyond the wonderful gift of books and reading like free borrowing of material, computer use, community events and activities, learning programs, etc. This is one we checked out while around the area a while ago in the fall. There is a nice open front area in a quiet neighborhood area with a good selection of material including local history, a unique aquarium in the front and interactive details and signs. When we visited there was also a garden that was closed and renovations in progress to expand the area. Some areas are a bit dated and had a slight odor, but taking into consideration it's a public space as well.
Really nice. Good ambience for studying. I wish that the library would open 24 hours for studying.
Extremely spaciuos, well laid out public facility with huge collection of books and in many languages. Decent book displayand seating facility. Public fund well used.
Very nice library. Their open hours are incredible. There is an cute aquarium on the first floor. Staff there are very nice. There are big selections of books. Good summer reading programs. My kids love it.
Beautiful piece of architecture to just come and sit in. Bonus that it's a public library:)
Overall a great library, but the chairs in the teens section are kind of pathetic. They’re these sofas that are so low that it’s impossible to do your work efficiently. I loved that area but unfortunately there’s no chairs/desk areas with adequate outlets and good chairs to study in. Still, there are other places to study around the library.
One of my favorite libraries in the area with an extensive collection of books, movies, and video games. I'm always able to get a copy of a newly released book and always walk out with more than I can probably read. Forever a book nerd ️
