Cupertino Plumbing was one of several local firms I called for a re-pipe estimate on my duplex mid-pandemic. Brandon and Frankie helped me figure out what I needed, gave me an estimate and a timeframe and brought the job in within budget! I appreciate their straight-forward approach, and I will continue to call them whenever I have a plumbing need, either at my rentals or at my own home.

Great service! Lost hot water over the weekend and they came out less than 24hrs after being called. Franky was super fast with the replacement and very professional. Definitely will be contacting them again in the future.

We had a problem water draining to the street appropriately - roots were taking over and the pipe was super old. Bill was able to use a camera and show us the exact problem and come up with replacement solution that fit our needs and minimized costs. It was an expensive problem to fix but the process was easy and clear and the problem is solved now. I will work with them again next time something pops up!

Cupertino were able to come out right away to help with a plumbing back up. They used a camera to diagnose the problem and the location of the blockage fell under city jurisdiction. Given that they did not do any "work" they did not charge me. Amazing, since they sent two plumbers. Ther person who took my call and the two plumbers were professional, good communicators, and efficient. I will definitely keep using Cupertino plumbing.

If I was you customer I did not pay you until you clean the mess you did.i can not be a plummer make a mess and then said I can not clean the mess because I have not licence and is shed come out from the pipe (drain) this is absurd.i got to call the city of Santa clara.

Amazing service. They are quick and had a hydro machine as well which heled to resolve drainage issue instantly.

My water heater went out and I couldn’t find someone to repair it. It was out for two days. Once I called Cupertino Plumbing they responded in a timely fashion, with the nicest workers, and made a huge difference for me and my family. Happy to say we have warm water again! Ron looked at the job and said the plumbing was set up wrong-he could clean the drain, but the problem would keep coming back. He diagnosed what was wrong and FIXED IT. No more drain cleaners for me! A+ job! Not the cheapest, but peace of mind the job is done RIGHT!

Re-piping, kitchen garbage disposal, faucet instillation, toilet repair, and for many years the family was a good and reponsive neighbor.

Highly Recommend these guys. Frank took time to verify the estimate in a professional and positive manner. He gave just enough technical information to understand that part of my sewer needed to be replaced along with the toilet.
Work started right away and was finished before the estimated time they gave. The worker kept the house clean in the walk ways and made an effort not to track dirt or water all over the house.
Very satisfied with my service and the completed work was excellent.

He performed the repairs quickly and was honest in his assessment.
