They're really a different class of realtors beyond just finding a house and guiding through the purchase process. Even after closing on a new home, when most realtors would prioritize other clients, Alex and Yuchi continued to provide outstanding expertise, assistance, and remained highly responsive. They are down to earth and honest. They are not like typical realtors who are just trying to sell you a house. If there are any problems or suboptimal characteristics with the house (location, property, house layout, etc), they will tell you. They have your best interests in mind and want to make sure you actually make a good investment. They are not pushy and will take time to ensure you find the right house.

They are focused on finding the right house for you. They did not attempt to show us houses above our maximum budget. Initially, they showed us a wider range of properties to get a feel for our interests. They quickly honed into the features we wanted and only recommended houses that were close to our desires. This saved us a lot of time not looking at houses that we wouldn't be interested in. Additionally, they're interested not just in the fit for initial purchase, but the investment in the future. Will the house hold value in slower markets?

They have wonderful insights on simple modifications to improve layout, usability, and quality of life. They gave accurate estimates on costs to remodel / replace to understand the full cost of purchase. Their experience helps to identify issues one might not think about. For example, everyday tasks like carrying groceries from car to kitchen, but kitchen isn't very accessible from front door or garage. Or possibly a guest room, but the bathroom the guest would use is clear across the house.

Most realtors are done after closing. Alex and Yuchi really went out of their way to make sure any repairs or
changes we wanted to do to the house were handled smoothly. They have a vast network of relationships with
contactors that do quality work without being overly expensive. We were completely blown away by the continual
support from them.
