They're terrible. I sold my house because they manage the complex. Worst community I have ever lived in.

Oh man these guys are awful. They couldn't care less about customer service and nobody ever returns emails or calls unless I hound them over and over

Curtis Management company would like your community to be sterile, uniform, cookie-cutter nonsense without any trace of individual personality. They will STEAL your personal property right off of your front step if you aren't careful. Beware!

This is the worse company ever! I live on Vista Pacifica for over 20 years and never had a problem, recently they change the people in charge, they are the worse people ever they don’t care about the residents, they need to be remove from running this place they don’t know what they are doing! I hope they pay for everything they been doing to the people who lives here, I been living hell for the last 6 months thank to this people running the HOA at vista Pacifica

We pay for it - the right to get poisoned? Curtis is tone-deaf regarding health of residents, pets, or environment. Pesticide use without consent (required by law California Civil Code §4777 (b) regulates what an association must do to use certain herbicides or pesticides, which includes providing advance notice in writing to homeowners if they are spreading chemicals over more than two square feet. Notice must include strict language, including the brand name of pesticide being used, the pests aimed to be controlled, and the times they plan to use the pesticide. The notice must inform homeowners that pesticides and herbicides can be toxic and provide contact information for owners to learn more if they want.
