Great crew, met with owner twice before the actual job. They spent a lot of time and work on prep to make sure the floor would be nice.it exceeded expectations. Neighbors have come by to see my floor and want their contact info. Would definitely recommend.

I called several epoxy floor specialists with great reviews for my 3-car garage. While pricing was important, what mattered more about was the quality of work. What I liked about Custom Performance was that they still choose to take 2-day installation process. Even though there are materials that allow faster turn around time, this shows how they value quality of the work. The installers were very nice, working to meet your request without any complaints. When you also meet Russel, you can tell that he is very knowledgeable and cares greatly about meeting the highest standards.

I was referred to Russell by my friend's parents. They were happy with their garage, and so am I! I bought a home with a nasty garage floor and knew I immediately wanted it refinished. Russell was a great communicator, came out quickly for an estimate, and we scheduled the work for a few days later. His team was on time, super friendly, and very knowledgable. They helped repair some concrete cracks, and they even coated this metal drain cover in my garage to match. I'm so happy with my new, clean garage. It looks like a showroom now. I can't say enough good things about this business. I scheduled my garage epoxy with someone else initially and they bailed on me the morning of after I had moved everything out of my garage. They no showed. I called custom performance concrete and polishing and the owner had a guy out for me from his team in a couple hours! Super responsive and professional. My garage epoxy came out flawless! Love it! Highly recommend them!

My epoxy flooring started to crack in one area. Russell came out to my house on time and was very professional. He fixed the area that was cracking. It looks brand new like it was never damaged. I highly recommend Custom Performance Concrete.

EXACTLY what I wanted. I needed to redo a floor for a commercial/warehouse space. I wanted quartz epoxy. I chose Custom Performance Floors after a lot of research and calls to other places. I decided to go with Russell because he was the only one who legitimately understood and was experienced in quartz and didn’t try to convince me to do something different. He explained all of my options, gave me a quote, kept to the schedule, and did a great job. He was open to my questions and was always accessible if I had more. I was not on site and his team was independent, clean, and I received no neighbor complaints. Russell also sent me updates and photos which I didn’t ask for, but certainly appreciated. I thought the pricing was reasonable and Russell made this process so easy. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! (Please just focus on the floors in these images. We’re redoing everything and started with the floors.)

Just want to give a big shout out to Russell for going above and beyond in customer service.

As a first time home buyer we were very particular in what we wanted but not always having the correct knowledge of what is available and possible. Russell was very swift, accommodating and very helpful in educating us, providing samples and quoted on site. We got a color that was more unique from the sample templates and had to be ordered. But after installation we found that the color didn't match the sample and we immediately freaked out. Gratefully, Russell was quick to respond and offered to help correct this issue. We picked out a new color and this time it matches perfectly. Now 6 month after we are still very happy with our new garage floor. And would whole heartedly recommend their service to everyone.

Ps. Our final color is actually more white and pink than in the photos. But we couldn't capture it correctly with our phone camera. It looks really good in person I promise.
