Carshield representative, Michelle, has a very poor, unprofessional demeanor. She argued with me about canceling my account. I asked why was she giving me a hard time, I want to cancel? She informed me that she Had to say this, and I Had to acknowledge it? I told her, sternly, that I want to cancel. ‍️ She responded by saying, “We don’t want you as our customer”?

This company is ruthless and do not take no for an answer when you tell them you are not interested. To the point they become disruptive to business.

Too funny, I came here to write a review for Customer Lobby and found that I had already left them one. I am going to add to this one, because I know Google will not allow two reviews of the same company.

It's not a matter of how many times Customer Lobby has contacted our business. It's a matter of how many times this month they have contacted us. It is beyond obnoxious. If they treat me as a customer this way, then I would gamble that they would treat our customers the same way. No thank you (Not that CL will take no for an answer anyway).

Customer Lobby started working for our business right away. The support we received from Allegra and the Customer Lobby team has been incredible and we got some awesome reviews within days!

I was a customer of account warehouse. They took all my information and logged into my account and as a result blizzard banned my account while they were logging in and out of my account. All my hard work for years was lost and account warehouse refused to pay my the quote I was owed and I still am unable to access my account. Now they’re contesting my review even though I sent proof I was a legitimate customer. But because I was banned because of them and I was never paid by them for my account. I don’t have a receipt for payment. Of course I don’t have a receipt that they paid me. They refused after they had my account banned. I will be leaving a 1 star review across every review board for both account warehouse and the fraudulent company customerlobby. It makes sense now wow their website has so many 5 star reviews. Customerlobby allows them to contest any review and removes it even with PROVEN DOCUMENTATION that I have most definitely been a customer of account warehouse. DO NOT TRUST EITHER COMPANY!

I have worked with customer lobby for years now. They have always provided excellent and reliable service that has produced a lot of clients that we would not have without their easy to fill out reviews. When I do have difficulties with the website, service representatives like Mariah Urueta help in a quick, professional, helpful and friendly manner. Thanks again for all the great value your company has provided my business!

I am currently using several rating companies to get feed back from our customers about their experiences with our company.positive or negative. Customer Lobby, in my opinion has generated the most customer
reviews and surprisingly at a lower cost. I have stopped using one service and will stop the other at the end of the month.
I would suggest you contact my rep Allegra Lundy.who after a shaky beginning (my fault) has been great
at helping me and taking care of any issues I had.

These guys are great. Ive worked directly with Andrew and Mariah. The bulk of our business was built up and established working with Customer Lobby. The Quickbooks integration made for passive review requests being sent out daily. Great product and team.

I can't believe it has already been 5 years or longer, because she has made it so enjoyable for everyone on our team that has the opportunity to interact with her on a day to day basis.
