Robert and the other employees at CV Coins were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about a coin collection I inherited. He gave me great advice and honestly told me the real value of what I had. It was worth the 20 miles I drove and I had much better service than another place in East County that wouldn’t give me the time of day, and I’ll be back.

Google wants an update. Have things changed at C. V. Coin Shop. Of course some things have changed. It Is.a Coin Shop! Although.much more than just a coin shop. Gold and Silver bars and rounds.collectible pieces of All types from gold and silver coins to stamps and historical memorabilia! Always a fun time at C. V. Coin Shop.so many Cool and Fun things in the walls to look at! Besides the fact that.its a coin shop! Customer Service is still the same. AWESOME!

Excellent store to buy and sell coins with confidence and at the best price.
I also found all the albums and accessories to collect and keep my coins, bills and stamps in good condition.

Unfortunately my experience there was not so good.
I had called twice to setup an appointment. Finally, I got someone on the phone and she said the owner was in and to come over.
That’s when thing’s quickly went down hill. Robert or Roberto was severely lacking in customer service skills.
He was taking multiple calls, while we we talking? Talk about rude?
I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. Thank you CV Coins for not only doing that, but for reminding me what bad customer service is, since it’s been awhile.
I highly do NOT recommend this business!

I don't appreciate your customer service manners. You should have politely told whoever you were talking to on the phone that you were currently with a customer, and that you would call them back.
