They do not care about their customers and quite literally are what is wrong with this country.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The item I buy here is $2 less than at Walgreen's - which is why I bother with this place - but the service is poor. Twice in the past week I have pressed the aisle button for customer service. The same person appeared - a South Asian man about 5'5", wearing a white cap, a red CVS t-shirt, and glasses. The first time, he told me that my item would be replenished on a Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and the shelf was empty. He gazed at the shelf for a moment, until I told him to check if the item is in the storage room. He returned a short moment later, saying that the item would be replenished this Friday and that the manager would have more details about my item. I asked to speak to a manager. He said there are several. I asked to speak to one. He said no manager was working today. So I went to the cashier to ask for a manager. Within a few seconds, a manager was there, and she informed me that the next shipment was on Saturday. When I told the cashier and the manager about the misinformation I was given, the cashier said of the man I spoke to, "He's security. He doesn't know. " I told the manager she has to tell the security guy to stop responding to calls for customer service.

This CVS unit has a manager that does not accept coupon from GoodRX, any CVS accept GoodRX coupons, because the CVS Policy related to GoodRX coupons applys for all units (all stores)

Never used their pharmacy, but the checkout folks for regular purchases are always extremely nice and friendly to me, and there's never been much of a line. I go here pretty regularly for a few generic brands I can't get at the trader joes next door

This used to be a great place to pick up meds and take the flu shot. This year, service has gone way down. I had to come back 4x to get a shot, waited more than an hour in the pharmacy while they got the shot together. Whatever is going on with them they need to get their act together - unacceptable

Been trying to get a prescription and it's soo difficult. It's not late and I can't get the medication I need. No one is picking up the phone and another cvs has been trying to help me but say they are not able to get in contact with them. I was in the shop earlier and I was told to go to another cvs and now they said something on the other system is holding back my meds.

I'd give ZERO if available. The Pharmacy NEVER EVER answers the phone, not even to say how busy or when to attempt to reach them. Been transferred thru their phone system over hour waiting!

There is a creepy male employee, Nick, who who follows me around the store, stares at me, and often tries to engage me in conversation of a personal nature. He's chubby with poor hygiene weathered pale skin and is usually wearing all black clothing. I did complain to management a couple of months ago but eventuality the harassment started up again. You just lost a regular customer!

Good location, but the prices are high and could use a bathroom. Trader Joes has a public restroom, however.

The single Star is door a corporate policy rather than experience with any employees whom were very friendly. First time in this pharmacy and I'll go back to give out a chance. My first time consisted of stepping on the door just in time to see a man flipping over table of merchandiser and dewatering a while section. Then I walk to pharmacy to from my prescription after having me appendix removed.they didn't have the prescription and are unable to call any other.so here's my suggestion CVS; IMPLEMENT A SYSTEM WHERE AN ORDER CAN BE PLACED AND THEN DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT TWO DAYS NOW WALK TO EVERY LOCATION.

August 22,2018,10: 30 AM: I asked the manager why an otc medication was $14.79 online and $22.50 in the store. He looked it up online, confirmed the price discrepancy and sold it to me for the online price. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The pharmacist, Sarah, went above and beyond to help me out with a tricky insurance situation. #SarahForPresident

One of the male employees here sexually harasses me whenever i shop here. He follows me around in the isles and gawks. When he was cashing me out he made weird comments about my clothing. I will be going yo walgreens from now on.
