13HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! NOT GOING TO LIE, THIS USED TO BE MY 2ND BEST CVS STORE BUT I WON'T BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN. SOME STAFF ARE SO RUDE AND IGNORANT. NOT SURE IF THEY'RE NEW OR I JUST NEVER SEEN THEM EVERYTIME I COME BUT THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE! TALKS WITH AN ATTITUDE. LAUGHED AND SHAKE THEIR HEAD IN FRONT OF YOU! AND DEFINITELY NOT COUPONS FRIENDLY! DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF I WANTED MY RECEIPT (WHICH I DO) AND TOLD ME WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINS IF I WANT IT!
I saw an employee with 4 packs of toilet paper in her cart taking it behind the counter. If she had two packs or one pack that would be fine. But hoarding it now is unexuseable. I hope the rest of you support establishments who are not being part of the problem.
The pharmacist accepted a prescription that they knew was an incorrect prescription amount that was at 3 times the price and didn't let me know. At the wrong amount insurance did not cover any part of the prescription. The pharmacist told the doctors office that it was the wrong amount but the pharmacist didn't not insist that they check with the doctor or just accepted the incorrect amount without informing me so I could intervene with the office staff.
It would be great if they were to restock some of the makeup items. They tend to lack restock in some areas and leave us with old makeup. For example, theres a section in the NYX cosmetics with matte lipsticks that have stayed the same for a couple years I believe. The same leftover lipsticks and the same missing ones. Also, it is always nice to have at least 1 person on the floor we can ask for help for most of the time at least!
I come into this store quite often. On this particular morning, it was my day off but I had to still take my son to school. I walked out of the house with some jeans and a hoodie since I was still tired. Sorry but the plan is to get right back to my PJs as I get back home. I walked in to purchase a few items and since I know the store layout, since I work at a CVS myself, I went straight to the items I needed. I then hear the intercom saying customer service, scan all cameras.one of them automated messages. So embarrassing because I know it was me. Momma didn't raise me to steal, so I've never done it but I guess I fit a description of someone who would. Black. With a hoodie. I'm not the one to jump to that kind of conclusion but the manager Erica is not the nicest. Since she started working at this store, the environment has been so strange. Not inviting at all when she's around.she's always so rude and doesn't know how to act with the public. She needs to work at a place that doesn't require customer service.
I have been going to this pharmacy fir many years and twice tier app said my pills were available to refill on a certain date so I tried to fill it and they made me feel like a drug addict! They keep changing the dates in me. When I check the bank it's one date and they say another. I have diabetic neuropathy in both feet, arthritis in both hips, buldging discs in my lower spine, a cyst on my right hip joint, just had breast cancer surgery on 12/5/2018 to remive cancerous tumor and the tumor was bigger than they thought so had to have more removed o 12/21/2018 and had a huge hematoma had to have surgery for that. Now they are telling me I have to wait 5 more days to fill my pain pills. I wish that the lovely person who made me feel like a drug addict could experience the magnitude if pain that I'm going to endure for the next 5 days. There is a difference in being dependant than addicted. I will be taking my rx's to walgreens from now on. You will never make me feel this way again!
It’s cool parking lots clean, ask the bulbs thell tell you. Staff is cool, friendly funny and honest.
They got pretty good prices on some things. Decent stuff to look at. I like the setup better than Walgreens.
I really like the pharmacy staff. Actually, everyone at this particular CVS is very nice, friendly and helpful. I have been a customer here for about 5 years now.
Kim Tran pharmacist very helpful, professional, competant, knowledgeable. Sparkle, pharmacy tech, is great-very friendly, cheerful, helpful.the dudes need to be a little more friendly, too aloof most times.the front cashiers are really great, good attitudes, helpful and cheerful.
Took three days to get a script from another CVS filled here and a 45 minute wait in store due to incompetence at both locations, with very little in the way of apology. Next time I get a renewal, I'm taking it somewhere else.
It's in the Jewish part of town and they don't have Hanukkah candles and look at me like I am crazy when I ask? Get a clue.
