CVS, Torrance CA

This is the terrible pharmacy they always messed up with my proscriptions and the last not least they have rude pharmacist and they don’t know how to talk with their customers very very Bad attitude specifically the Asian girls wearing eye glasses

Smaller and less stocked than other stores. I got here at 9: 50pm to pick up merchandise I had put together an hour earlier but forgot my wallet. I dislike places that close at other times different than what they advertise. It suggests laziness and disregard of company policy. It shorts the company bottom line, lowers customer satisfaction and leaves customers going elsewhere.

This is a terrible pharmacy. This is the second month they do a mess with my prescription.
Last month I asked them if I could pick my medication earlier due to a trip and they said no, unless I pay the whole amount from my pocket. They gave me the option to pick it up at any other CVS in USA. Well, they don’t have a CVS in every town of this country. So, I ran out of medication until I found a CVS in Las Vegas. Once there, I had another problem because they do not have good communication. They lost my prescription. I needed to make a lot of phone calls to fix their mistakes.
This month they did again. They returned my medication because supposedly I didn’t pick it up. So I need to wait for them to refill it.
I have had enough. I will change of pharmacy.

It’s a place I always stop by for medications, but also to grab other needs and all seem to be nice and professional crew!

Came down to visit family.for a week and hand a.emergency resulting in wife and I staying a week longer than we planned. We did not plan on staying a week longer and ran out of our heart.medication
We called our doctor and had a temporary 5 day prescription to last us through the week.
Well CVS said the insurance would not cover a 5 day perception and that they could not help us
We did not care if the insurance was going to cover it or not. We would have.because of the family emergency
CVS only cared about being paid. The lady assisting us just did not listen to us and apparently did not care.
We are done with CVS and moving on.to a.parmacy that ready cares about thier customers and try to help them not because an issue of who is paying for it.

Called pharmacy 7/31/19
regarding a prescription for a patient that was submitted. Spoke to a staff member and had the most horrible experience EVER. Staff member was literally YELLING to me on the phone, VERY rude, unprofessional, and UNHELPFUL. Coming from another medical business I can not believe the experience I had with this pharmacy. I definitely will be taking this up with not only management but CVS headquarters.

I see this store has bad ratings but I don't think it is all that bad. I had to exchange an item the other day, and they did so with no questions asked. Maybe the fact that they haven't remodeled the place in years (you can tell, it's like walking into the past) throws people off. I personally don't mind stores that look a little old as long as they're clean and this one is.

This CVS although maybe some reviews may be accurate or not towards the pharmacy, is still a good CVS. They have everything there and just a bit more. The management is very good. In particular Edwin the manager is a friendly and nice manager. Always remembers you and might remember your name! Although I still owe him pasta and some other dishes I always mention to him that I cook when I go buy the ingredients. He is still there waiting patiently for his pasta

Arrogant pharmacists with no sense of professionalism, unbelievable bad customer service this pharmacists don't care at all about patients health or needs. They are so helpless but in some way I do Understand them because I believe they do not have an idea about what are medications for. They have poor knowledge about what they are doing because if they were professionals with all the knowledge they need to have to be pharmacist they wouldn't play with people's health or even life the way they do it.

It says online it's a "photo" CVS and so I drove here and turns out they don't develop disposable cameras. You'd think they would since it's labeled that way. They should fix that

Always clean and always able to find what I need. I would give it 5 stars but you can spend quite some time in the pharmacy if you need a prescription filled.
