Drug Store CVS reviews
19Perscriptions are rarely ready when promised. Was told mine would be ready yesterday at 11: 00 am. Today at 10: 30, not ready. Nice people but their system is terrible
Bad pharmacy management, mixing up and missing on drugs delivery, top these off with rudeness and not caring for customers by the pharmacist manager and his clerk. No wonder the highest rating is ONE star for this pharmacy location.
Pharmacy is not well organized, rude and long wait times when Dr.has placed order, order is not ready. Every time there is a “problem” with insurance. Don’t recommend this pharmacy at all.
I like the pharmacy customer service at this location, most of the help line at this pharmacy are nice and professional, some of them even remembers my name. Very pleased with their service. Khaty the pharmacist and Herms the young gentlemen, hope pronounce his name right.
I am visiting from out of town and forgot my prescription at home. This CVS pharmacy team worked to make sure my meds were in stock and that the transfer went through from my home pharmacy. They were very busy, but tried to get things done quickly. Waited about an hour and a half
Worst pharmacy. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Truly doesn’t live up to CVS mission. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Lack of education and training is obvious.
The worst pharmacy in Laguna NiguelTerrible customer service! They are completely disorganized and mostly unfriendly. They never answer their phone. Ridiculous I would like to give them -3 stars! The manager is completely useless. Will not help at all
The pharmacist are rude and uncaring. They're to dispense medicine they are not medical doctors. Myself, wife and son have been treated with no respect. When I ask questions the staff becomes very defensive and I don't appreciate it. My family and I will no longer do business with them. We've made complaints to the store manager and to corporate, if course it fell in deaf ears and no measures have been taken to correct the problem. I've have spoken with other customers that have also experienced the same treatment. This cvs deserves 0 stars.
This store generally deserves a ZERO. Extremely poor management, with most of the staff having very poor people skills and phone skills.
Today is another example: I called to try to speak to Pharmacy-I was put on hold for over 10" followed by a female picking up the phone and saying "Pharmacy", then as I started to say hello, she hung up. Then I called back to speak to the front desk for help-a male answered, "front desk, second checker", and as I started to say hello, he hung up the phone.
Out of frustration, I called back and waited on hold yet again for the front desk-after finally getting through, I asked for the store manager-the woman replied, "I'm the store supervisor, the manager isn't here. " So-I told her what happened and she offered to page Pharmacy for me, which of course, immediately put me back into the terminal hold cycle. I have finally given up.
I will no longer be using this store as my main pharmacy-this pattern of poor service has continued for the last few years and I'm done. The store does not deserve to exist in Marina Hills or anywhere else!
Tried to call in to the pharmacy to get a refill faxed over to my doctor. Was on hold almost 30 minutes. This pharmacy is notoriously overly crowded with long lines and no customer service!
The pharmacy is very slow and their customer service is not helpful on the phone. They never had my medication in stock and it's very difficult to get them to cancel or transfer scripts. I recommend using another pharmacy.
Felt very discriminated and uncomfortable. I've come to this CVS several times but today was my last time based off my experience today. I was heading outside to grab a shopping cart and the manager yelled across the store as if i did something wrong. He said can i help you with something? He wanted an explanation as to why i was leaving outside without buying something. Sir Im just grabbing a cart. He did this while he was scanning items for guest not paying attention to them at all. How rude and disrespectful thinking i stole something. To top it off his unprofessional coworker stopped doing his job and spied on me and my family while we were shopping. First of all if you see someone stealing go ahead take action, but If someone looks like a minority or a stereotypical stealer dont assume they steal. Will not be coming back anytime. The manager looked like late 40s, speaks spanish and english. His coworker is an asian guy, very rude.
Pharmacist (possibly pharmacist tech) was rude and slow. She seemed put out by me attempting to fill a prescription. She acted confused and as if I were bothering her.
Confused & unhelpful pharmacy technician! After waiting for 10 minutes, I was told they cannot read the direction of prescription usage.
They looked up my health insurance for me and I ended up not having to pay anything for my pills:) I never had a pharmacy do that for me before.
Usually quiet and empty. Some stuff you can only get here, but if you can find it somewhere else it's probably cheaper.
Experience with the pharmacy was horrible. The pharmacist there was a woman who really needs to re-think why she chose to be a pharmacist if she can't treat her patients and cooperatives with respect. In addition, CVS pharmacy is at fault for hiring pharmacists who suck.
Good experience. Fun staff. Better than the one in the Compo Shopping Center, 397 Post Road East, Westport, CT
I only wish this location was open 24 hours in case of emergency. Prices are a little high. The beer prices are good since they sell individual beer cans. My husband comes regular for the beer.
