The pharmacy is a mess. I received several Robo calls indicating my prescription was ready for pick up. I came, waited in a long line, only to be told it wasn’t ready yet. The girl assisting me had no clue what the name of my drug was nor how to ring up the transaction. She blamed it on being new, but when it comes to prescriptions you should probably know the name of the drug you’re giving out. I waited the 15 minutes I was quoted only to be told I’d have to wait an additional 15 because she didn’t correctly apply my insurance. I’m used to a much more seamless experience at Vons pharmacy and only recently switched pharmacies because I moved to Koreatown. If today was any indication it may not have been the best choice. Very disappointing experience and was annoyed by the level of incompetence for what should have been a quick pickup. Please train your staff more throughly on medication names, how to ring up a transaction and apply insurance before allowing them at the counter. To be asked if I have insurance when all my info is already on file and I’ve picked up there before is very off putting and doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in the pharmacy.

Spent an hour waiting twice on the phone, and both times, they hung up on me after “hello. ” Is their phone broken or do they just not know how to do their job?

I sat on hold on the phone 3x each for 40 minutes.the pharmacy personnel are great but they never can answer, the problem is with the hiring person, they don’t have enough staff.

Located on the corner of Wilshire & Oxford Ave. The parking lot entrance is on Oxford and free for patrons. Heavy traffic between 2: 30pm to 6: 30pm Mon-Fri, so expect delays. In the vicinity you'll find a Chase, Ralph's, Denny's, Wiltern Theater, 24 Hour Fitness, Wells Fargo, Bank of America ATM, Library, small restaurants, cafes, and a metro station. The problem with this store is basically the competence level of the employees, so if you need information or assistance in regards to in-store cash, CVS Bucks, promotions, rebates or coupons, I'd recommend researching it online, calling a friend or using your lifeline prior to arriving. This store should put up a giant billboard that says, "For all inquiries, contact the vendor or merchant because we don't know". Finding an associate on the sales floor is kind of like joining a 3-player championship game of hide and seek since the majority are at registers. But even with three cashiers and a supervisor at self checkout, you'll still wait long enough to finish a short novel, crossword puzzle or clipping half of your toenails. Another thing you'll notice throughout the store is the unattended shopping carts being used by the store filled with products being stocked or trash. Some of the cashiers at this location are about as useful as handles on a snowball or an ashtray on a motorcycle with some supervisors being a few sandwiches short of a picnic and not adequately trained to properly assist guests. Overall, poor customer service, decent prices, below average store cleanliness, long checkout times, good location, numerous products out of stock, and ineffective management which results a rating of 2 stars.

When I visit this pharmacy, I am always shocked because it employs the most knowledgeable pharmacist, who has always prescribed the right pain killers. Thank you for looking after me and forcing me to spend time with you.

I am a frequent customer at the CVS on 3751 Wilshire Blvd, and in my experience, it’s one of the best in LA.

It’s busy yes but, it has a better supply of critical items, when compared to CVS stores in less populated areas.

The Pharmacy is great! Live savers.

The other staff are great too! The beauty consultant named Liz supports customers in all areas of the store. I’ve seen her giving advice to her regular clientele in the beauty and skin care products area. She’s got a following of customers!

The entire CVS staff is putting themselves at risk supporting the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you!

So disappointed last Sunday I was planning to shop there it turns out the whole CVS was all bordered up all over the whole entire building. I am wondering when CVS will reopen there location it was a convenient location and the people was helpful there too. I gave one star, because I could not go inside to get what I need without any information why they bordered up and closed last minute. Hopefully they go back in business so I can give 5 stars. It was my favorite location to go too. It is disappointing how they closed and bordered up. I miss you guys at CVS.

Does this place ever answer the phones? I just waited over an hour listening to the recording and not once did someone pick up the phone. They don't even bother to pick up. The worst!

The guy in the self service being a smart ass and being sarcastic instead of helping out when the machine wasn't working properly and talking to his co workers instead of doing his job and the manager walk by and didn't say anything or try to help out but just ignore the situation when I said he was suppose to be giving better customer service. Bad bad bad customer service specially from the manager that didn't even stop by to fix the situation.

I go here a lot for drugstore makeup. The worker for the beauty aisles (I can't remember her name but she's always there) is very nice and helpful. I like their extrabucks program and Sometimes snacks are cheaper from here than the Ralph's a block south. Usually in the evening, the cashiers are lacking when there's a long line and the self checkout stands are full.
I called today to ask about the stock of a product. I waited for three minutes for an employee after the automated answering services. When someone finally answered, I asked for the specific brand and flavor (Jack Link's: Hickory Smoked Bacon Jerky) and I was told that, yes, it was in stock. Great!
I headed there directly. Imagine my surprise when I'm in the aisle with the jerky and it's not there. I checked all of the jerky product labels and not even a single one was what I was looking for. This CVS does not carry it at all. I was very disappointed and ended up buying the CVS brand bacon jerky that was at least cheap due to my coupons and extrabucks.

Place is pretty empty of people who work there and always a long line because no none there. Usually just 1 checkout person and a bunch of underground taxi waiting in parking lot

I liked it. There was someone by the main entrance door helping customers. A young worker assisted me with my items. I saved $5 Dollars with store coupons

I think CVS is kind of expensive honestly, but the store is really close to me so I go there for the bathroom stuff I need. Even though it’s expensive the store is really organized so I can always find what I’m looking for fast. But CVS needs to stop printing receipts that are longer than my arm! You guys are killing the trees lol! But besides that this store is pretty good I think.

Came in to get passport pictures taken. Asked the young lady to confirm they take passport pictures. She confirmed and said she would send someone to further assist us. She came back and said that they are not doing passport pictures today. I asked when may I come back. She went to ask and said sorry we don't have any film. She wasn't able to give me a clear answer. Never coming back to this CVS

The hobbit of a security guard was following me around too. Just staring at me and sweating. Like I was going to steal. Black on black crime right their, Brother.

The squat diminutive chubby black security guard was following me around everywhere. It was kind of funny because I was perusing the aisles looking for drinks and a snack and I overhear coming up behind me this ugly dwarf in a security outfit huffing and puffing trying to keep up with me! Tripping all over the place with his elfin legs. Perspiring and dripping his slime all over the place like some species of a gastropod. He reminded me of that main character from the movie Willow. "I am a great sorcerer". Or better yet: "I am a great security guard".
Poor peck.
