CVS, Ladera Ranch CA

I’ve been going g to CVS for years and generally like the pharmacy, however the store manager, Eric, should be disciplined or dismissed. My wife went there today and purchased $80 of item via self checkout, paying with our bank card. No receipt was issued. So when she asked for a receipt, the person at the checkout said she couldn’t find it. My wife showed them the deduct from our bank account and the manger said, “how do we know you are not trying to steal merchandise? ” Can you imagine being tested that way? Eric should be placed on immediate unpaid leave and sent to remedial customer service training. Its outrageous And unacceptable that CVS would support this level of customer abuse!

I was shopping through the self checkout and was not given a receipt. Needing a receipt to track my expenses, I asked for one. The supervisor present (Alex) could not retrieve a receipt for me. Thus, I asked for the help of a manager. When asking for my receipt, the manager (Eric) was condescending, implying I was stealing items, and overall rude and unhelpful. After making me pay twice for items I had already purchased, I went home. When home, I got the bank statement proving I was charged twice for the items. When returning to the store to get a refund, Eric had left, but I was helped by Alex to the best of her abilities. Alex helped me immensely throughout this ordeal of an experience, while I found Eric to be harsh and dismissive.

The pharmacists are always very nice and are quick but all of the other employees are not; although there are two ladies I see working there frequently and they are always very nice. One of the other employees is always very rude and once she refused to let us buy something for a made up reason and would not let us talk to the manager. There is another man and he never has a good attitude. My family and I always try to act very nice to them but we have been going here for years and it would make me and many of the other people who go here (I assume) have a better experience.

This is the CVS closest to our home. It is the easiest one for my wife a I to use. We have been getting our prescriptions here at this CVS for over a year now. I see a lot of bad reviews but we have never had a bad experience at this store. I picked up two prescriptions on Friday. One had been called in by my doctor and the other was a refill I brought in. They put a rush on the one I brought and told me 15 minutes. I walked around the store and did some shopping and in just 10 minutes they called my name on the loud speaker. Both were ready and they charged me $2.15 for both. I don't care what other people write bad about this CVS I am very happy with this store.

Best CVS pharmacy and store I’ve been to! I refuse to go to another pharmacy.the pharmacy staff work extra hard and are super friendly and the pharmacists are thorough not like a lot of pharmacies I’ve been to. The store staff are also nice and the store is super clean and Kristen the beauty expert saved my life (and skin and hair) and over the years has helped me more than my dermatologist! Great expertise and super friendly!

Most pharmacy interactions are a test in patience but this particular CVS has a stellar staff. I was delightfully suprised to receive fast, friendly, and very professional experience everytime I go to pick up my family's prescriptions. Great job CVS Ladera Ranch on corner of Antionio/Crown Valley!

I am in pickup line behind of five people, drop off line 3 people waiting, drive thru 4 cars in line and phone is ringing constantly. OH. GOD please HELP US TO GET OUR MEDICINE.

This is a wonderfully maintained CVS! The entire store is so clean and it’s like everything on the shelf was laser leveled to be perfectly flush with the edge of the shelf. I can’t imagine how much time and effort ittakes to maintain a store like this but kudos to the staff on a job well done!

I get all of my prescriptions filled here because the pharmacist, John, is one of my favorite people on the planet. He always remembers my face and smiles when he sees me which makes me feel good! He and I always chat while I’m waiting for my script to finish being filled and we have come to know each other well over the years. Can’t say enough great things about this location

Had great service here this past Monday night. Female manager was incredibly helpful and kind. Was able to help me quickly and gave a great experience.

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever.
Absolutely the most rude service I have ever experienced, staff seems untrained and highly inefficient. Had issues with different prescriptions that were not held or never received by this pharmacy. I am moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Don't go here, there are plenty of other pharmacies around!

Three staff is nice, but the limited hours and generally disorganized management makes this pharmacy less convenient than others on the area.

AWFUL, if you are looking for efficiency and accuracy, DO NOT go to this pharmacy! They have messed up my meds 3+ months in a row!

Change your hours of operation online. You're not open at 7am. What's posted is 8: 30am. I see the other reviews with 5 star rating.lies. No real names and others no review written.

I love this pharmacy.the staff here are super nice and will work very hard to make sure you get your meds.
