10 people in pharmacy line, 4 people working in pharmacy. Front register- 15+ customers in line, 1 register open. Customers started just leaving items on closed register and walking out. Poor service.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the pharmacy section. I must agree, was in there last night and just had one question and they completely ignored the fact that we were even in line BUT I MUST give 5 stars for the customer service at the register. My parents were looking for a particular item and the nice cashier Amy helped us find it, she even went out of her way to explain to them how the item was used and suggested a few YouTube channels that would show you how to better understand the beauty tool. She was very kind, very helpful. Just the kind of person you want at your store! 5 stars for Amy.:)

Went to pick up a couple prescriptions on November 13th around 12. Spent about 20 minutes in the pharmacy line. When I got to the counter, the woman hardly spoke to me. Mostly spoke to the employee and customer in the line beside us. I had to say excuse me many times, each time louder just to get her attention. It was ridiculous. She was so busy with her conversation she didn't give me my cash back that I had requested. Once I returned, the woman apologized, explained how the process worked, and remedied the situation.

I have been a customer here for years. The pharmacy techs and most of the pharmacists are wonderful, and advocate for customers they know when they're being put through the ringer and treated poorly by a newer pharmacist. RX directions have been changed without physicians consent, stepping outside their scope by asking for sensitive medical information the pharmacist is not entitled to from the physician (yes, he let them know they were stepping outside their scope). Aside from one employee, this is my favorite CVS.

The pharmacy can't get their stuff together. I've been having issues for a few months now. They combined my account with someone from San Bernadino and couldnt get my medications until after they sorted it all out. Last week was another, oh it will be ready in 1 hour. 3 hours later I came in. Not ready. It will be ready in half an hour. Then someone took a lunch. Itll be another 20 minutes. We will call your name on the speaker. So we walked around aimlessly for another 20 minutes. Started to be followed down each damn aisle by an employee (Left my basket of items for her to put away since I wasn't going to buy anything from them after that). Went to check on my order again it had been ready but they didnt call us up. Wont be back.

Never use this place as your pharmacy. Its understandable that it's not McDonalds and your not gonna get your order in 1 min, but omg the pharmacy people couldn't win a snail race against the DMV, the clerks have no clue what they are doing, can never find your RX, they have no sense of urgency. They even speak slow. Be ready to wait in line for an just to check out

I got turned away by the pharmacy team while I was in line picking up my sons eye drops for pink eye. I u understand they were closing at 6 but they had plenty of time to see me. Then a customer comes in after me and they were able to help her. I need to switch pharmacies. Will never use them again.

Visalia CA. Went to pick up prescription 20 minutes after it was to be ready. I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Went back the following day to pick up a different prescription called in 3 hours earlier; was told it would be another hour.
