Drug Store CVS reviews
10CVS is remarkable for the cheerfulness and competence of the employees who interact with the customers. As W. Edwards Deming used to say, this makes quality in service and product very likely-and for me, this quite consistently proves to be the case at CVS.
CVS at 1500 1st St, very clean and organized. Everyone so helpful. Really enjoy shopping here. If they had a pharmacy drive thru, I'd move my scripts over here.
Horrible experience multiple times. Prescriptions not ready. Don't seem to understand how autofill works. Computer system is outdated. Communication is horrible. How about some systems training for this poorly organized service provider?
Like most pharmacies, the merchandise is pricey, but coupons are available for signing up online or in store. Cashiers on the front are usually very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy counter is often busy, especially after work hours not surprisingly, but pharmacist is helpful and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Store is clean and well-organized, typically well-stocked. Would very much prefer that employers, especially at the pharmacy, continue to wear masks even if the county doesn't require it. Just makes good sense since covid has not disappeared as many would like to think.
CVS pharmacy employee chang my information of my b-day.
I did my COVID tested end up I can't get my result. I need to send in my correct information and have to wait four more days to get the result.
Been coming here 22 years, this for sure is MY LAST TIME ever.
Customer service sucks big time.
No assistance with getting pre-op and post-op medications filled going on a week now.
Surgery is Monday 5am and still no meds unless i want to pay out of pocket 300.00!
Had similar issues last year with my daughters medication at this 1500 1st street CVS so took prescription to Tracy CVS and it was filled in 10 minutes without any fake denial codes or whatever codes they blamed on doctor and insurance not sending it in properly, so it's an acute problem for getting new prescription approvals isolated issues with just this store.
Probably staff training issues.
In past, the pharmacist used to research and call doctor and insurance but nope, staff was short and snippy and could care less if they kepts us long time customers and told me to call em all myself. In fact insurance wanted to 3 way call with CVS and CVS would not, so yesterday Doctor office and I and insurance had our 3 way call and we are all on same page, CVS is the one in their own world not knowing how to handle this new RX procedure!
So wish they had a 0 star to report. 1 star is too much. Been dealing with this since 1230pm Tuesday Jan 18th, 2021 and its now it's almost noon, Saturday, Jan 22nd, 2021
Awful customer service. Multiple calls go unanswered. All over 8 minutes on hold with no acknowledgement. All during open days and active, open pharmacy hours.
As a chronically ill individual, this is extremely frustrating and I hope to change pharmacies in the new year.
Unless you need to fill something from the urgent care across the street, I highly recommend you avoid this CVS as your go-to pharmacy (especially if you have constant medication fills and multiple medicines that are subject to change).
Has consistently had poor service and is always hard to work with. CVS as a whole has poor business practices and refuse to modernize to improve while simplify their process. Will also call you repeatedly then claim that it's no one's responsibility when your given endless numbers to call to cancel their service
The staff is solid from top to bottom with pharmacist Mike Ring the most professional, courteous and helpful pharmacist I have had the pleasure of being serviced by in 30+ years. The staff at 1500 First Street could learn a lot relative to customer service from this team. Additionally, with the benefit of the Target WIFI, customers can take advantage of all the features afforded by the CVS app-an element missing from both First Street CVS Pharmacies. A+
My Doctor sent my prescription over electronically at 10 a.m. My daughter went to pick up my prescription around 1: 15 p.m. And was told it wasn't ready yet and wouldn't be ready for another hour (they recently changed their lunch hours for the pharmacist).
This is a recurring issue at this location.
