Very unprofessional staff. 2 employees that were stocking items were talking to each other, I had to ask them to open a cabinet. One item that was listed as as in stock online (and should have been in the cabinet). I asked the employee who opened the cabinet where the item was, and she replied "it could be in the back but it is very crowded back there. " I guess helping customers is too much wprk.

I was at this store last night looking for distilled water none at all. This cvs store is the filthiest dirtiest it smelled very bad. CVS should replace who’s running this dump

On 11/04/2022 around 2: 00 p.m. I booked an appointment with CVS to receive a flu shot for work. I have to show proof on 11/07/2022 that I received my flu shot. I scheduled my appointment to receive a flu shot for 11/05/2022 at 5: 00 a.m. On 11/05/2022, I get up, get ready, drive to CVS. I walk up to the pharmacy and explain that I have an appointment at 5: 00 a.m. For a flu shot. The women I explain this to tells me she is the only person there and she can't leave the pharmacy which I don't know what she's precisely referring to, but I assume that the area where one receives a flu shot is not in her immediate workstation there at the pharmacy. She apologized for the inconvenience. She said I can come back another time and just ask for a flu shot. I am a bit angry that CVS did not reach out to me to let me know they canceled by CVS. It feels like there is no accountability with CVS and that those who make appointments (being responsible) will not receive a common courtesy call to indicate the appointment was cancelled and will receive a rescheduled appointment as soon as possible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hours are a lie. It's not 24 hours just like the other cvs stores claiming to be 24 hours.

I needed to have a prescription delivered to my house, it has been 3 days and I am still waiting. I have called several times and waited more than an hour just for the phone to be picked up than hung up on me over and over again. This is not good customer service.

I drove from Portland, Oregon to visit my daughter and stopped to get water and use the restroom and the bathroom was locked and usually the bathroom is closed until 7am and the manager Miguel running the store was kind enough to let me use the restroom. Some people have medical issues and need the bathroom and truly appreciate him going out of his way to treat me with kindness and respect. Bless up Miguel you deserve all the blessings.

Picking up medications is time consuming. If you are in a hurry? You had better find a different pharmacy to do business with if you find yourself short of time and need to get things done elsewhere.

If you don't have a CVS ExtraCare card, you should get one. There are so many offers and ways you can save with one.

I've been on hold waiting to speak to a pharmacist for almost 1 hour. Nobody picks up. I had to drive to the pharmacy and witnessed the phone ringing and staff just ignoring it.

The pharmacy flat out lied and told me I had no more refills on my medication, I went to the next closest CVS and they had my refill in my hands in 10 minutes. I travel alot for work and have never had a problem with any CVS except this one. I won't be returning

CVS pharmacy needs to do better. This is the second CVS who canceled my daughter’s second Covid shot and the first CVS is in NY. I SD is my hometown and we are visiting. My kid got her first dose at our local CVS in Brooklyn. When she was supposed to get her second dose there they canceled when we were on our way there saying they ran out of the Childrens vaccine. I figured to reschedule her second dose in SD since we were already set to leave after that time. Anyways I scheduled and when we arrived the pharmacy said the same thing! I was heated cause why aren’t you telling me this before hand? ! Like a day ahead or even a couple of hours ahead? ! Wasted my time! Plus the customer service at this locations pharmacy was rude! Whoever the Filipino male tech or pharmacist was was mad rude and had no manners! No compassion was shown for wasting my time twice! Not to mention your not realizing this is supposed to be her second dose and you’re prolonging it! I scheduled at Walgreens! Your pharmacy needs to do better!

I transferred my meds to this pharmacy and my medical plan for vers the co pay as well, keep this in mind. When I first transferred my prescription to CVS at the start of the year. I never had a co pay however, as months passes. I started having co pays and asked them why? I was told call my insurance company
I followed up with my insurance company and they saw that I paid a co pay. They further asked me why? ! You don't have one? ! Weeks passed and I went back in for my refills. I talked to the person working at the counter and told them what I found out. I asked can you check your system. I was told once again, you need to contact my insurance. I rebuttal and told them of my findings. It was disregarded! The very last time I came in and had to get a refill. The pharmacy filled it and input in the system! This time, I had co pay. Funny how that works when your not a lazy employee! I do get their busy, I understand. However, when there is nothing I can do on my end and it has to do with their system. This is unprofessional! The pharmacist and the store staff, I'm don't give them the same rating (they have been helpful and friendly!) As for as the techs that work the front of the pick up window. I switched to different pharmacist and it's been very pleasant! It's very fishy this incurred? !? !
