CVS, Moreno Valley CA

I come in every month to use my care pass and love it. It saves me so much money on my monthly expenses and needs. I have downloaded the CVS app to my phone and get coupons and discounts, plus my care pass $10 savings each month. I prefer to stop in and get what I need, but if you order over the certain amount they give you can get free shipping to your home.

So I come here all the time and I get my medication yesterday I had an incident I needed to use the restroom with my child. The manager told me that there was no public restroom available to anybody. I looked it up on Google and it says that you’re supposed to have a public restroom if you’re open, big businesses, or little businesses to the public, but the manager was an older African-American male was very unhelpful and was very rude to me at the end and that’s what really made me come to leave this review. I hope somebody reads this that is above him and has a talk with him he needs to learn how to deal with customer service.

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars! They are soooo irresponsible! They gave my INFANT son powdered amoxicillin! How am I supposed to treat my son with powdered medication? ! People here are sooo stupid. They’re going to end up with a LAWSUIT on their hands

Very large cvs. It had a good selection for whatever you might need. I wasn't able to find the exact product I was looking for, but there were other options in the brand I was looking for.

Terrible customer service! Just waited in line for my fiancé’s prescriptions for 20 minutes then finally get to the counter, the clerk rings up all her prescriptions and tells me that she needs some sort of authorization from the pharmacist who just took a lunch break, although the pharmacist was standing two feet away from her, and asked me to wait 30 minutes which would’ve had me waiting an hour! I’ve had several issues with this pharmacy and their customer service. They do not take care of their customers in a timely manner ever since we transferred to this pharmacy. I do not recommend transferring your medication here!

HORRIBLE People! The Pharmacy told me my medication will be ready AFTER 5: 40pm. They did not tell me that they closed at 6pm. It took me 40 minutes to get there because of traffic. I NEEDED the meds in order to go to work. I had to come back the next day for medication I needed the SAME DAY!

Horrible service! Dropped off prescription 12: 00 they told me 45 minutes and 1.5 hours later I come back for it and they don’t even have me in the system. This is the second time this happens…… in a roll

They closed the store 15mins early. Closing the door right in front of our faces. Unacceptable.

Found everything I needed and more lol! Maybe could of had a better selection on diapers as far as box sizes go

WORST experience, WORST customer service EVER.
The staff couldn’t be bother to provide simple helpful task such as price checks at the counter.

The staff present Margie and Wes were rude and unwelcoming. Margie in particular was complaining and commenting on how me and my sister had spent “too much time” at their store as well as deny voiding transactions or complaint about the multiple transactions (2) when the voided transaction was caused by the employee.

Long story short.avoid this store at all cost.
