It was an emergency and the pharmacists didn’t care!

So, last night, I showed a prescription from a vet. One of the pharmacists looked for the medicine and they have it but he told me that the doctor needs to send it to them, the prescription, either by fax or call them. I did understand them about it. So today I made sure to ask the doctor to fax it to CVS and they did. So after work tonight, I went to CVS again and expecting to have the medicine since I really need it badly. They told me that they don’t have the prescription. That was disappointing. How would you feel about it when you really need it so bad? I even told them and pointed where they the medicine is and the head pharmacist tried to look for the medicine for like less than a minute and for me to shut up she just said “we don’t have it here” Yeah right! Really disappointing. I will never go back to your pharmacy. I’ll definitely change my personal health insurance to a different pharmacy.

To anyone reading this, please go to a different pharmacy who really CARES.

Couldn't answer my question about why CVS will not except a return of unopened very expensive COVID test kits. When your older living on a fixed income every dollar counts

CVS, Treat & Clayton, no longer has live cashiers. Must use one of the 2 self check out machines, one of which will not accept cash

CVS Staff Jeffrey was very helpful since I requested for a photo magnet pickup. Even though the item was free, he did his responsibility to provide me an official receipt. Good job Jeffrey!

A posted sign CLEARLY says the pharmacy closes for lunch at 1: 30p until 2p. I got in line with one customer being served at the counter at 1: 28p. An employee looked at me and said we close at 1: 30p for lunch. You will have to come back ay 2p. I said it was not yet 1: 30p. She looked at her phone presumably to check the time and said that 30 seconds didn't count. She then operated the gate and CLOSED THE GATE IN MY FACE! CVS clearly wants my money for a variety of prescriptions that I have, but has no idea what even basic customer service entails. If I could rate #CVS at zero stars, I would do it. Time to find another pharmacy!

The pharmacy closed at 4 something today apparently because of not having a working AC. The pharmacist had zero empathy for the folks who came to pick up their scheduled prescriptions she said it’s too hot and call corporate. As someone who works in medicine I was pretty shocked with her reaction. We all go through tough days at work, but my first thought was well how about the other workers working in the heat. I have changed pharmacies, this is not the first time that pharmacist has been rude.

I went to the CVS at 4424 Treat Blvd Concord CA to get my new bivalent Covid booster yesterday. What an easy, fast, and pleasant experience I had in this CVS pharmacy! Michael in the Pharmacy immediately greeted me with professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent service! He was extremely helpful getting me set up for my vaccine and filling my order for Covid test kits. I was treated very well by a Pharmacy Tech who gave me shot and after only a few minutes I was on my way! I highly recommend this CVS location!

Pharmacy was not open when I showed up for the scheduled 6pm appointment. It supposed to be open till 8pm! On line scheduled me at 6 pm for vaccines! Terrible. The only one lady was working by herself. AC was broken it appeared.

I came in to buy two Childrens Motrin boxes for myself, because as a 34 year old adult, I still can't swallow pills. I took them to my truck and tried to throw one back. Something was clogged and the liquid wasn't coming out. After further investigation, I realized the liquid itself was turned into a big blob of goo. You could hold the whole full bottle upside-down and nothing would come out. It wasn't liquid anymore. So I opened the second box to see if it was the same before I went into the store and it wasn't, it was perfectly fine. So I went into the store thinking I was gonna have problems because I know you can't just return medicine like that. Long story short, Danny the manager was 100% competent and sensitive to the fact that I just bought Motrin gummies instead of Motrin liquid. I felt bad he took the box I spit the gummies out in. But I really appreciate the customer care and after a million transactions on my card, Danny is a pretty cool guy. I still feel like if it was any other manager, I probably would have had to punch them in the throat. Jk. Thanks Danny. & Justin!
