CVS, Irvine CA

I've been using this Pharmacy for 6 months, and they generally have been good - until recently, when a routine refill of an acid reflux got held up, again. My current bottle says "0" refills, but the app shows a new order (leading me to think CVS contacted my Dr for a new script), yet the app further says, "on hold. " Then in multiple calls to this pharmacy & CVS corporate, this 24-hr pharmacy does not answer its phone, and several calls to CVS corporate went to the abyss. When I finally did get a CVS corporate rep, she encountered the same issue with this Alton Pky CVS not answering its phone. This was Saturday about 9am 10.22.22.

This was a preventable series of errors. I did later speak to the pharmacy manager, and she has promised to personally address any problems that arise there if I telephone her. We've spoken a couple times since, and problems with refills & the CVS app have improved.

The indian woman in the pharmacy is horrible. No sense of customer service. I’ve been coming here for years.

This is regarding their photo service. I went there to get 318 4x6 photos printed for an event I had the same day. Picked up the packs, when I got home we realized that ALL the photos were discolored and looked awful! I managed to have them reprinted correctly on another CVS (Alton), and that saved the day. Went back today at Quail to explain the issue and got firmly denied a refund. Don't use this service with them, and obviously by reading other comments, we're not the only people criticizing that store.

Horrible service. Pharmacy is closed for lunch with the time posted but that doesn't mean the pharmacist is on the same schedule, which he was not. No coordination, no respect for the customer's time.

I came across a very RUDE and demeaning person at CVS this morning while trying to return something. The way she was talking and all. She was so mean in her approach of communication. I honestly had my first racist experience thanks to her. Thats honestly how she made me feel. And worst yet, she's the store manager. That experience ruined my whole day.

This place charges $17 to print a 2x2in passport/ID photo that you could print anywhere else for $1 or less.

CVS in general is nightmare to deal with however, this location is the worst. The pharmacist he was arguing with me for one day soon refill at late day like closing hour he was asking me come back next day he was ver unprofessional and roud

Sandie was extremely professional and helped me with everything that I needed I truly appreciate CVS for hiring such a professional employees I'm a neighbor here and I'm very grateful for this location because of people like her for making it such a easy One stop shop for me. Thank you.
