CVS, Glendale CA

These women! It’s embarrassing as a woman to come here and be treated the way I’m treated by every female who works behind the pharmacy counter, especially the pharmacist herself. They are condescending, unprofessional, and incompetent. The gentlemen are kind and helpful. Go figure.

Everyone at this CVS is great. Friendly, but overworked. The pharmacy is always backed up and has a long line.

Amazing staff! They are the reason I choose this location always! Give them all a raise, they are all incredible!

The staff and specially manager Goutan and the lady with dark short hair, very unorganized and rude disrespectful towards customers.

Had bad experiences previously but 5 stars for the pharmacy today. Lost my mask and missed my bus and just needed 1 mask to ride and they took care of me. Thank you. I did buy a drink there too and they have self checkout now which made it quick!

The pharmacist was rude and no experience at all she didn’t even can read the description zero customer service in pharmacy side don’t go there. She was Armenian lady.

Long wait time on phone. The pharmacist have zero skill of listening. Gave wronge dosage of medication so I had to drive back to the pharmacy and wait again to receive the correct medication. Do not waist your time and energy there.

Unorganized. Shelves are empty. Their bathroom so dirty looks like they haven't cleaned it in months.

Unethical, refused to fill a prescription for my sick infant due to it being "too close" to closing.

I would like to take this time to thank Aram in the pharmacy at CVS on Central and Wilson in Glendale. Aram went above and beyond to ensure our little Zoe had her medication. Aram did an amazing job, along with Zoe’s primary doctor to find a medication covered under her insurance. No other pharmacist has ever taken the time to do this for us. Thank you, Aram for helping is find a solution to our problem and for a pleasant experience:)

Consistently bad experience here. Stock of items is always low and sometimes whole sections are empty of products. Want a refreshing drink, good luck! Nothing "convenient" about this place given the unreliability. The ATM machine is almost always down and the lotto machine is hit or miss. The front door is locked at odd hours. And the place always seems understaffed. Need help? Good luck!

The worst pharmacy in united state who ever work over there its a moran they dont know what thay doing and when you call no body answer i have to wait 3.5 hr to get my medication go work in d farm or McDonald but i think they gone mess up over there to better never go over there

A tragedy of a store. Appointments not found, long wait for service, no instructions—a complete and foolish waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy is so slow be aware Karen works there, me and few people got to wait for pharmacist come back from lunch to give us our prescription

Terrible customer service.the pharmacist is the only person who is helpful all the other employees are terrible, and know nothing about protocol
