I love my neighborhood CVS & the staff. An incredible team who always exceed my needs and expectations.

CVS always has everything you can think of. Like a mini Walmart or target. But they can get a bit pricey, so be careful

I thought the drive thru pick up line was just that. Not pulling up at 2: 30 and still not at the window to pick up a prescription at 3: 00. Could not go in because of a sleeping baby. Customer service sucks here. The explanation I received was there was a problem with their insurance and they didn’t want to go in. Unacceptable. This has happened to me and I had to go in. Picking up me prescription took all of 3 minutes which it shy at the drive thru

I went to the cvs drive through. I tested positive for covid.kiddos got me sick‍️. And my doctor told me to get mucinex but with the pharmacy. The girl at the drive through said I needed to go inside for that. But that sounds ridiculous. How are you gojng to ask someone who tested positive for covid to go inside with all your other customers who have God knows what. I said are you sure? She asked the main Pharmacist and she too said I had to go inside. I go in and All she asked for was my ID and payment. Something she could have and ALREADY do outside. Or does me coming in the car trying to protect everyone from me, mean you won't be able to clearly see my drivers license? She didn't ask me to take my mask down to prove i was the person on the ID. THE Pharmacist name was Diem. And im so disappointed in our pharmacy. Its not like i was going to Walmart. I was going to our neighborhood cvs. The ones who ACT like they want us protected and healthy.a guy and girl saw thr whole thing. As soon as I said I have covid for now the second time. They stepped away. Which they should. I wanted to protect everyone. I hope someone sees this and makes a big fuss out of it

Turn down the ridiculously loud, rude, ear-drum damaging volume on self checkout. I still have a headache.
We all know about self checkout. We are told at least 3 times a visit. Sometimes with a tone of why are you bothering me. Stop trying to force us and shove us to use problematic equipment. Harassment is not good customer service. You have good cashiers. Listen to what your employees are telling you about customers feedback. Employees should report this to OSHA.

Poor pharmacy manager he thinks he knows every thing and very poorly run management cvs does nt care about their employees they care about money been hearing horrot stories from previous employess

The pharmacy at this location is very quick to get prescriptions filled and notice you of when it's been done. The store does drag its feet when it comes to refunds, I'm still waiting to see my money back in my bank account. The stores employee's are helpful and knowledgeable about their item's and there locations. The prices of things in the store are a bithigh to very high in relation to other area drugstores.
I'm going to switch over to Amazon's pharmacy, Amazon can cut my prescription costs in half. I'll still use CVS for item's I might need now. Overall I would recommend this store

I always receive very friendly service at this CVS, but today was an amazing experience. The supervisor, Abriham was so attentive and friendly, I can see why he’s in a leadership role. I appreciate it very much.

I had a problem with a product using the self checkout. Mya was there immediately to help. Great attitude and customer service. Thank you.

This is worst experience i ever had in my life. There was a bold black doctor who doesn’t know anything because i gave him prescription and ask for medicine coz of his laziness and he doesn’t wanna move. He said my prescription is not a prescription. Come dude as a human. One day you might have to go through same condition as me. Then you’ll know what we call pain. Get your free salary good luck.

Worst experience.they have a 40% off coupon, exclusions not for "sale" items. Item I selected was not on sale but rang up on sale. False advertisement! I think they just mark all items on sale in system so that coupon cannot be used.why offer a coupon that cannot be honored when their stuff is not "labeled" as sale on their shelf. All my experiences here have not been helpful.

This cvd is very organized and they do really good job at cleaning but the manager here is absolutely the most disrespectful person I've ever met in my entire life. I don't know what her name was but she is very unprofessional and very judgmental towards my friend. Other than that I have had no problem with any other the other employees! They are all absolutely wonderful except for her I think her name is Martha or something anyways
