CVS, Chula Vista CA

I went today to get a photo passport, I was told by another employee that the photo services wasn't working, obviously wasn't true so I decided to ask to another cashier and Patty was very friendly and happy to help me, thank you very much Patty!

Came here for a COVID test. We were told we're not to get out of the car and to go staright to the drive thru. We've been waiting for 25 minutes and no one has come to the window. The person in front of me has probably been waiting for 40+ minutes. This is unbelievable! And very unprofessional. If you set an appointment time, you're supposed to respect that appointment time.

The staff are not doing there job they just chatting for the past 20 mins and they keep standing in the way

The staff are very friendly and helpful cvs is my favorite to shop when all the store are close and especially it close to my apartment thank you for your good service

Normally it is cool but today I went in to use there free atm. I was in and out in 2 minutes but after I left an employee followed out and questioned me even tho I went straight to the atm and left. I hope the management team review this because it was uncalled for especially since there atm is right next to the door

24 hours and yet they’re closed on a Sunday night. Unreliable. Other nearby 24 hour CVS was closed as well. Wasted too much time on this

Went in asked Perla to get lashes for my daughter, she took them to the front. The girl vita checked me out I asked about the ari candy perfume behind the counter and ended up buying it. The girl charged me for the lashes and didn't put them in my bag. I called and my daughter waited for an hour and got hung up on. Finally talked to vita and she put said come tomorrow, it will have your name on it. The two women Angela and Perla (were both rude af! No one apologized, they even asked for my receipt/ which i have. Angela, even talked about me in Spanish- until I asked her name.in spanish! Vita came back from lunch /problem solved - she was ok, those other women are slow and rude.

Keep this particular CVS open for 24 hours. I heard it may start closing at a certain time and will no longer be a 24 hour store.

My grandmother depends on pharmacy delivery. 10/28/22 still no delivery after calling 3 days in a row. Starting the 25th.woman who answered phone 4: 36 was rude & not apologetic at all. All new pharmacy employees? She should not be on the front line.

They are always busy, always crowded and they are always SLOW. They always hold me more than 40 minutes. I am going to change it.

I asked 3 staff to help me find a simple product. They all refused to help. They just pointed to a corner of the store. 2 employees would not move to assist.

Discrimination at this store. After the purchase a guy asked for a bag and was provided a bag at no charge when I went to pay the guy asked if I wanted a bag and I said sure if it’s free and he said no it’s not. When I asked why the guy in front of me got his bag for feee he tried to tell me he paid which he obviously didn’t then he tried to tell me I don’t understand Spanish. Check your cashiers CVS because I fully understood the conversation.

The worst. I made appointment for COVID test in order to attend an event and when I arrived they could not / would not honor the appointment or perform the test because their "printer was down. " Ridiculous. Totally inept and may cause me to miss a very expensive event.

This place has the longest wait in line, doesn't matter when. Only 1 cashier and no manager around, huge line that takes forever.

Nice cvs and good customers services bad thing about this cvs is, too many homeless hanging outside of the store, bothering customer's entering into this cvs, and leaving as well. Needs a clean sweep. Making it safe for all customer's and workers as well. This area is not safe at all.

The worse customer service at pharmacy, arrived 3 minutes before pharmacy closed and they refused to provide my prescription.
