12Not the first time, this lady at the phatmacy Norma, its very rude, just send every customer to buy from walmart! When was my turn she did the same! Sent me to walmart ti get needles for my husband's insuline. Whygo to walmart if i used to get them at cvs. Ofcourse i complaint already about this lady, she never has a line beacuse she use to send people yo buy medicine or anything else from walmart! Save you a trip to this cvs and go to walmart first!
Donnie is very rude and unprofessional. He does not have “customer service” and embarrasses you in front of other customers. Instead of being polite and helpful when asking for help.
Worst drive way. Super tight and made for you to slam in to the curb that you cannot see while driving.
Pharmacist Sam is always very helpful when I pick up my parents' medications each time. He is kind, knowledgeable and patient. All of staffs are great. Sahar
My husband and myself got our 2nd booster shots yesterday. It was very easy and painless. Sam the pharmacy manager is great.
I'm still on the phone waiting for the pharmacy.it's been a good 15+ min.personal-wise, staff is not awful to me, but professionally they seem indifferent to medical urgency.perhaps they're understaffed and stressed.but the service is strained.
Service was excellent and I was helped by a nice young man named deonte that works at the El cajon CVS across from parkway plaza he's very informative and polite and help me navigate my prescription with a manufactured coupon which save me money without his help I would be unable to get my prescription thank you
Sam and the Caucasian woman (I didn't catch her name tag) at the pick up desk in the pharmacy, gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a CVS, EVER. Communication was at it's lowest standard and they could CARE LESS about the quality of their service. The cvs nearby even apologized for them. What a horrible experience.
They are horrendous. Delayed getting my sons ADHD meds for nearly 2 weeks. The lady told me to take him to the ER or not to send him to school if we ran out! Can you believe that madness? I will be making a complaint to corporate and further.

COVID TESTING UNTRUE I WENT THOUGH THEIR ENTIRE PROCESS TO GET MY PARENTS REG AND EVER AVAILABLE SLOT THAT SHOWED AVAILABLE ENDED UP SAYING "SORRY THIS SPOT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE> YOU MAKE US ENTER OUR DATA 200 times then say its no longer available? NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN FK U
