CVS, Visalia CA

Patricia (in pharmacy) literally saved my life! I was in desperate need for my asthma medication and she did all things possible to make sure I got it! Thank youuuuuu!

Yet again, a prescription that I have refilled every single month at this location - is not ready & was never ordered! This means that I get to wait another 2-3 days for them to order the medication. Avoid this circus & its clowns at all costs.

UPDATE: same issue with my prescription happened for a 2nd month in a row.

I fill all of my Rxs at this pharmacy, and have never had any problems. Both the pharmacist & his staff have always been extremely helpful or have gone above and beyond when situations (that are not their fault) arise. The folks who work in the rest of the store always greet me upon entering, and if I look lost aka I forgot what I was looking for someone generally comes and asks how they can help me. Sure sometimes things I need are out of stock, but that happens everywhere and has nothing to do with this CVS.

I feel like lots of the issues Re: the pharmacy at this location have more to do with the prescribing doctor and/or the person’s insurance. Often when People don’t know WHY something is happening they assume the most proximate in line is to blame.

Another OK CVS.

But no five stars because:
- the store wasn't very clean and it was quite messy.
- when entering the shop, 2 employees immediately told us that they were about to close, while there still was 25 minutes left till closure. That was not customer friendly at all.

However still 4 stars because one of the employees was very fast to help me in finding what I needed (probably because they wanted to close the store.).

Great customer service! Her name was Shatha, she helped me ALOT with couponing when I needed it and didnt seem to rush like other employees! She was very nice!

The staff knows me by name.
Knows me by sight. If they don't have what I need they'll have it there the next day.

While the staff is friendly, the drive through prescription pick up line NEVER moves. I always have to wait anywhere from 25-45 minutes. And if I go inside to pickup there is usually just as many people waiting in line. Sounds like this location needs to hire more people so we don't have to wait so damn long, EVERY DAMN TIME.

If you can, avoid getting prescriptions filled here. The wait is terrible.

Very Poor customer service from cashier/employee her name is Faith, extremely rude. No manners and treats customers poorly. Has an attitude when asking questions. If I was able to add no stars as reviews, I would. I've never been treated this way by any employee elsewhere. Very disrespectful
