CVS, La Jolla CA

The people there are nice and it’s a very convenient location. Try to understand that they are doing their best at this location since it’s been hit by robbers. Let’s be nice people or we will loose this location.

Really kind staff, excellent makeup and alcohol selection, great place to pick up vitamins and houseware. Pharmacist is really nice and knowledgeable. Two self checkouts prevent lines from getting too long. I'm so glad they're here!

Closed hella early (10pm), I work a 16-hour shift and I just needed to grab a couple energy drinks for the night!

Ask the Manager to us restrooms they said no. Because of COVID-19. Finley the Head Manager who act like he was doing me a favor let me use it the guy was rude. Don't do business there.

The CVS on La Jolla Blvd is very convenient to shop at, however, it has become disgusting to walk near the store entrance. The plants are dying and are not taken care of. The fountain and pool have been vandalized and not maintained. The trash can (1) is always full, the sidewalks are dirty and trash along the property is never picked up. There is no greeting when you enter the store and on two recent visits there were no bags for items purchased. On a good note the pharmacy is great and the people at the pharmacy are very helpful. It looks like CVS Corporate is looking for a reason to discourage customers so that this store can be closed like so many of their other properties. What could be a focal point for the Birdrock are is in need of some serious new management. Thank you.

Good location to buy stuffs when you need! There is not lot of choice but it is useful

Martin (the manager) lied about setting aside our COVID test kit which we called for earlier to be put on hold. He said he would hold them for us. We drove 25 miles to pick up nothing. He did say he was sorry that we didn't understand what the conversation was about? The manager can't remember a phone call from an hour earlier, and that we must be lieing because he never said he would save
them them

John was amazingly helpful, especially after I went to 2 other CVS locations which both said their passport photo cameras didn’t work. He was able to simply use my iPhone and it took less than a minute, AMAZING.

Stopped to get toothpaste and pain relief meds. They refused to let us us the rest room. Super rude.

Waiting for them to reopen. Had SEVERAL paper posts on windows but dates continue to change with more paper posts stuck on the windows! An update from them would work on theirwebsite. Who is running this place? !

Horrible service! They now close at 8: 00 and it was 7: 55 and they wouldn’t let us in to buy milk! Never go here try considering gelsons that’s 2 blocks away.

They are so ill equipped to give flu shotes. The held us captive for an hour as they screwed around and no it was not crowded. Don't Delay don't go to CVS

Zack is the best in Pharmacy! Organized, painless shots, Gave me second shingles shot, pneumonia shot, gave wife hi power flu shot. He is the BEST.

Essential neighborhood store with nice, long-tenured employees. Perfectly located in bird rock where neighbors shop multiple times a week. Underground parking if needed. This place is a convenient life-saver for families in bird rock.
