CVS, Laguna Niguel CA

Wow Mary from this store and well everyone here is awesome. I had issues with my photo orders due to the printer and Mary went above and beyond trying to make it right got on the phone with Kodak did so much all I have to say is she's a great asset she also milti-tasked assisted everyone on this busy day. And I just have to say Thank you Mary. I left happy got my cards. They are all great Love this store

They constantly call and text to sell medications to you like retail store. They are not like other health care facilities. They also refill some medications mistakenly and give them to you. Be careful and check your meds carefully when you want to pick them up. U can’t return them even if they made mistakes and gave u the wrong meds.that’s what happened to me!

Very poor customer service and constantly push medications onto you that you no longer need or take. I decided to take my prescriptions elsewhere

Wow, Kelly is the most friendly person! Shes so helpful! I would like to get sick just to go to this cvs to buy tylenol. Thank you for making me and my dads day, we loved her costumer service so much we had to tell my mom!

Horrible customer service! Called and took off from work to get flu shots. The pharmacist was on lunch regardless of what she said over the phone, and while I was there I could hear her from the back of the counter talking to here associate. If you don’t like help people, or don’t like your job, don’t bother everyone

Half of the pharmacy staff are nice and helpful, and the other half I'm sure are decent people.but most of the time all of them are rude or short because they dont have the time to actually listen or give you information that you need. I dont know why I still even bother with CVS in general, other than there aren't any good small business pharmacies that are close to home.
