Drug Store CVS reviews
17Forget using CVS for your prescriptions. They never answer the phone for customers let alone doctors! Rite Aid on Sunset and Fairfax has much better customer service. All calls answered.
The pharmacy is a mess. I’m getting calls and texts that my prescription is ready. After two employees has confirmed as well that it’s ready on the 18th one particular person tells me It’s to early to pick up and it hasn’t been 27 days since my last refill. I looked back at my cvs order history. Says script is ready today. And that it has been 27 days exactly since my last pickup.
Second month in a row this person has done this and made me wait extra days even though it’s ready. I needed to get this filled today so I could leave town for Christmas but nope ️. Never had any issues with a different cvs.
CVS 8000 Sunset is always a BEAUTIFUL experience for me. Everyone especially Tyrone is always so helpful and knowledgeable.
The store is very clean and well stocked.
Thank you CVS 8000 Sunset. Truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
Can I just say as a young 24 year old living in cruel and expensive LA that it's sometimes nice to be around people who are just genuinely nice and who make going to the store a better experience? I went to the store in the morning I was met with friendly staff, welcoming me in, and typically I come to this cvs at night but I'm glad I got to see the morning team. I've been a frequent shopper of cvs for years because I just find it convenient and easier for me to shop here. Anyways the point is, one of the managers, Tyrone, is just so friendly, helpful, and kind, that literally he started my day off right just by being himself. We need more people like him in this world and I want to show him recognition, because just by him being patient with me trying to use my millions of coupons and carepass and being friendly along with his other staff makes me feel safe and comfortable in the store. These things really matter and great customer service actually has an impact on people. So wanna just send a shout out to Tyrone and his team!
The most unprofessional and inconsiderate pharmacy in all of Los Angeles. I wish 0 stars was an option.
Very professional, efficient, quick pharmacy staff and store manager Tyrone. Every time I am there, morning or night they are excellent. The pharmacy even fixed a mistake that another CVS location made and would not fix, even though it’s clearly stated in my CVS portal. This location absolutely saved the day. I am so blessed there are definitely still good people in retail, (we need more!) and this location gets the job done with professionalism and no attitudes. Great team. This CVS is a solid sure bet, always clean always organized.
Some of the staff are nice. There are only one or two bad apples that have been reworking here for a long time. It's Usually not crowded. I’ve only ever waited about five minutes in line. They also have self-checkout—90-minute validation. And from as much as I could see every time I went in, the stores were kept pretty clean. Also, they give out free masks:)
Seriously how is the worker named Jerry still working there. He is always grumpy and rude. I went in for photo prints and they were blurry and the colors were completely off. He said they are good enough! Then he said I was trying to print professional photography and that wasn’t allowed. I’m a photographer and these are my images. Never ever going back there. I have read other reviews complaining about him. Does CVS just not care that he treats customers extremely poorly?
I had to buy an emergency headache pills as i was having a migraine. I was so happy to fin this store. I got my medications and was lucky to have JERRY be my cashier! I had taken the CVS brand that was available for Buy 1 get 1 50% off! Of course in my pain, i was not paying attention but amazing JERRY made sure to mention this at the check out register. And now big thanks to him, i have a medicine bottle at work and in my purse. JERRY i thank you for your attention and customer service. Not only this, when i mentioned to him that i have a migraine and am on my way to do an overnight shift, Caring JERRY wished me all the best and even said that he is sending positive thoughts to me so that i can be well to do my shift. That was the kindest words a stranger has said to me. CVS Corporate Team - Please know that such a level of service and caring team member in such difficult times are hard to get.please be kind to recognize JERRY for his stellar service!
DO NOT USE THIS CVS AS YOUR PHARMACY, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS VERY CLOSE TO HERE!
Pharmacy staff are always so rude for no reason and are constantly making mistakes. I called to get my medication ordered, even went into the store myself the next day, and they still forgot to order my medications 2 days later! It's negligent and they should be held responsible. I'm stuck without medication now because of their incompetence. Not the first time it's happened either, never going to this store again.
Pharmacy staff is rude, always understaffed, busy and dirty. Rarely have good experiences in here. Wish the local CVS wasn’t run this poorly.
Incredibly rude pharmacy staff in spite of my being very polite in asking for something I thought was kept behind the pharmacy counter. Not much better with the staff in the front of the store. I will never go back in that store, very bad atmosphere!
Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff, openly frustrated and dismissive. Shouting personal information, dismissing a customer in front them and vocally upset. I have never experienced such openly bad and dismissive customer service. Never going back and following up with corporate.
Insane hold times by phone. Probably the worst CVS I've experienced. Now I know why people trash talk CVS, I never understood this before.
I have been going to this cvs since it opened. Always helpful and friendly.
I get my shots here and am attended by a skilled
pharmacist.
The store is clean and user friendly. Highly recommended.
This staff are really nice but the security guard its races. I work at salon Republic for 9 years now and every time the security named Robert is working he follows me all around the store and my black clients that go to this store are treated the same way. There's been several complaints and each time they say the same thing they are going to speak to him.
So happy they are open! Thank you to the staff and everyone who is around! I went inside to fill a prescription and everyone was so nice, despite this horrible pandemic, thanks
