The worst automated service around, it takes so long to get a hold of a live person at the store. I don't use the pharmacy so why would you go on and on about the pharmacy? ! Make it simple!

I give CVS on Ashlan 5 stars. They are always so helpful and the store is clean. The pharmacy notifies when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I’ve always found them to be helpful. They also answer their phones which in these days is rare. I recommend CVS to everyone. Even when we’ve been out of town and forgot prescription drugs they were able to work with the CVS pharmacist to help us. I’m a very happy customer.

Terrible phone manners of not listening to the question and overtalking the caller. When I questioned her in the same manner of speech, the pharmacist (tech) hung up on me. Wow! I'd give no stars if the review offered that option

Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Was in line for five minutes and the assistant was very fast and courteous.

Just know their posted pharmacy hours are wrong! Really irritating to have a prescription sent there only to show up and find the pharmacy closed. If the hours were correct I would have had it sent elsewhere so I could start my medication tonight.

Waiting time too long … they lost my medicines couple of time and after that I never received and they update status it’s filled. Sometimes they made me to wait 1hr to locate the medicine. Very bad service. Higher authority need to pay attention on it… it’s really important this cvs is worse at all from every point of view. 1hr 18 min wait this visit.

I have been a long time customer of CVS ever since I moved in CA last 2008. Early this year have to change due to horrible service. The pharm techs are not pleasant and not helpful at all. They love to chit chat while there’s a line in front and the drive thru is not working. You ask questions they dismiss you. Today I picked up a medication for my son, same thing… RUDE. The lady was not polite at all. The customer service has turned bad.

Store hours are not accurate even though it was updated a week ago. Says it’s open 8 am to 10 pm. Arrived at 9: 15 pm and it was closed.

Do not use the drive thru to pick up your rx, I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to get a rx. Then they were rude to me when I did get up to the window. The worst experience I've had in a drive-through pharmacy. I will never go back. CVS You have lost my business.

The prescription I went in to pick up today came to $150. When I told Anissa in the pharmacy that I couldn't afford that right now, she said she understood and would reshelve it for me. While I was sitting in the parking lot trying to reach my doctor to see if she could find a comparable, but less expensive alternative, Anissa called me and said that she had found a manufacturer coupon that broght the prescription price down to $50! I rushed back in and got it. CVS, you have some amazing employees. She didn't have to keep trying to help me after I left the store, but I'm so thankful she did! Thank you again Anissa.

I was just at your store and saw the sign that you have to wear a mask by law. Can you tell me when it became a law because as far as I knew its recommended to wear one.
Not mandated by any law. And I also read that Fresno County, which you are in, amended their wording to go from "shall" to "should".

Continously have issues with this pharmacy. They "lose" prescriptions. Or claim they never received them. Just like others stated one particularly person constantly is rude.
