The pharmacy refuses to help me in the drive threw and the asain female pharmacist with the white coat threatened me saying that I will no longer be getting my son medicine because I was being rude after waiting in the drive threw and for them telling me that I needed my son insurance card I go back and get it and I go in the drive threw for them to say to park and get off. For a person that works with medicine especially for kids how unprofessional of you. Karma i hope that doesn't happen to you when your child is sick. Call police when your life is in danger. Don't call cops on parents trying to get kids medicine. Look at your ratings how are you guys still working

I liked this CVS. Plenty ot room no one bothered me and they were nice when I needed help.

Went through the line and they did not have my medicine ready. I was asked to sit down while they prep it. After they got it ready, I was forced to go back and wait in line for them. The line was quite long. A five minute pickup turned into a 35 minute pickup. Would DEFINITELY not recommend.

Inside staff is more helpful then the staff on the phone on the drive-through. The ladies on the drive-through act like we aren't sick and told us to go inside. I'm a kidney failure and they expect me to walk into the store everytime I get my meds. Please hire more friendly staff to help us out and not joke around.

Literally on hold for 25 mins trying to get ahold of pharmacy.called the front and they said they will transfer me.and still on another hold. I understand that everythings a lil longer wait but comon.over 45 mins wait?

Everything is alright line at the drive thru pharmacy is long but they are always helpful and courteous.

It's very unfortunate writing this review because I'm usually at this pharmacy. My husband and I came in for his Covid shot and I went to look for an eyeliner so I thought it'll be easier to ask for recommendations from an employee on that floor "Karina" with the green highlights. All I asked was which liquid eyeliner do you recommend similar to Kat Von Ds she immediately gave me an attitude and brushed me off with out helping me going on saying I need to go to Sephora treating me like im dumb as if I didn't know cvs doesn't carry Kat Von D. I was not going to write this review because we all have bad days but she also didn't help a guy looking for diapers. Such a shame that employees can ruin a company's rep.

I really hate this place, I only go here cause this is where my prescriptions are filled at. The people who work in the pharmacy area are 100 percent deceitful. I call to refill my script and the person says I can pick it up after 1200pm noon. So I go to pick up at 5pm and they say that is was never ordered. So I say order it. And they said give them a few minutes. So I figured they have my script and now have to wait for it. So I then get a text saying that they have to order my script and it may be here tomorrow or I have to wait till Monday. All I want is to be able to order my prescriptions, pick them up when I'm told that they are ready, and not be deceived. Not to much to ask for. Honesty, in these covid times, come on man!
Definitely not the first time this has happened.

Thanks to CVS and their helpful and professional staff, my husband and I are now fully vaccinated to protect us from Covid-19. Checking in was as easy as booking our appointments online was. Their site will automatically direct you to schedule your second appointment and confirm both of your appointments. Please remember to bring your driver's license or state identification card to get your vaccines at each appointment. You will receive your vaccination card at your first visit. You must have it with you along with your id for your second vaccine so it can be notated. We had wonderful Registered Nurses administering our vaccines. As professionals, they sanitize seats between patients and they are happy to go over any questions that you might have. After receiving your vaccines, you will be directed to wait in the designated socially distanced chairs for 15 minutes. You are free to go when 15 minutes has passed. CVS made getting our vaccines a safe and pleasant experience! We enjoyed strolling the store afterwards and found that they had some lovely fresh flowers, a great nut selection, grocery items, health and beauty items, and more! Well done, CVS! Thank you to you and all of the wonderful nurses! We appreciate you so very much!

Got both Covid vaccine. No waiting at the time.
Coupon for Maxwell House Coffee.none on shelf. Coupons not good on items already with sale price. Prescriptions earn $5 reward with 10 refills.
The way they do % off coupon and reward coupons should be switched.
Note: if you have a % off coupon you need to chose the item and pay for it separately from other purchases. Or you won't get it. It will give you something off each item instead.
Example: $19.99 item
40% coupon
$ 5.00 reward
$ 1.00 reward
The way it's done at CVS is they take off rewards off price first to lower price, then take off 40%.

Somewhat middle-class service. It's an ok place if no other options at the time. Too pricy for cheap products. Too crowdy and check-out counters too tiny.

This location deserves a '0' zero! The technicians and the pharmacist, Trevor are completely unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service skills. This company really should invest in their peoples professionalism.

I just came to pick up prescriptions and purchase some laundry detergent and the cashier "Amelia" was very rude. She didnt acknowledge that I was waiting for 10 mins in the line by apologizing for the wait. Not only was I waiting for 10 minutes but she actually called the man that was behind me to check him out. The other cashier called another gentleman behind me to another register and left me waiting for another 6 minutes. When It was finally my turn to check out Amelia rudely said "put your phone number in" so I did. When she finished putting my items in a bag she literally tossed them on the conveyor and pushed her weight to one leg as if I was taking forever to grab my things. She didnt say thank you or have a good day, nothing at all. Just gave me a look like I was annoying her. Mind you I am dressed professionally and very polite to her. So at the end of the day I feel very disappointed in her attitude and overall appearance/character of this employee. CVS may need to re-train her on proper customer service.

My doctor larane called in ny perscription order to fill for 90 pills and i called to see if it was filled and d spoke with lee the.pharmacist he told me there was a order for 90 pills but he wasnt going to fill my order because he needed to talk to dr wanted to know why he uped my order to 90 pills which was less than what i i w getting 28 every 7 days which comes to a hundred and twelve a month so it was the weeked he wasng going to give me any and i told him i need some at least give me the 28 til hr talked to doctor so he gave me 21 pills and monday came he wasnt there hasnt been there as far as they told me.and now i i ha to contact my doctor which will t
fcall in another 90 pills.and h we still will need to talk to my doctor.its always something wrong either the texts me sayin ordwr ready get there and iy
