They didn’t have my prescription then they tell me they’ll have it the next day I call next day at 9am then they tell me they don’t get there delivery until 10am to call back at 10 I call at noon automated message says they’re on lunch and to call back after 12pm and automatically hangs up on me then I call 2 more times because now every automated message asks for my birthday and I enter it it automated message says this line is no longer taking calls I called back entered a fake birthday and now call goes through just so they can tell me they didn’t receive my prescription after 15 calls smh never again

24hours is a joke. Get there just after midnight only to find the doors locked once again. This time 1st claiming the whole store went to lunch at the same time. Cant go 1 at a time. Said they would be back at 1220 but pharmacy could help you. Nope closed until 1215. Neither opened on time. Pharmacy at 1230. Store claimed short staffed and couldn't open. Im sure the 4 people standing around in there don't mind getting paid to do nothing. What happened to must being opened during posted business hours. Maybe time for better management and staff who can actually handle their job.

Apparently now they’re no longer 24/7 yet on maps it literally says open 24/7. I literally just got off working Night Shift needing to get something before I try to settle in and get rest. This place was what used to be one of the few 24/7 retail stores in Fresno. Unfortunately there is a very small amount of retail stores open at 6: 30 in the morning. I now hate this CVS for false advertising and misleading operating hours information.

Left my house @ 3: 30am get to the CVS upon my arrival I spied a yellow piece of paper saying closed till 4: 30am. When they finally opened the doors asked the acting manager why they were closed when the hours are posted open 24 hours a day not 23 1/2 hours they take lunch glad the place doesn't shut down @ noon then it would be open 23 hours a day what a joke. Didn't get back 2 my house till 5am

Not the stores fault but there are a lot of transients around. He was doing some nasty nasty things. They really need security. I'm glad my kids weren't in the car. Staff is great otherwise. Pharmacy team had a good laugh with me. Lol

Inventory stock count is off on just about everything. As in the website says every item I am looking for is in stock when 0 of these items actually are.

This isn't the first time this has happened so I guess I'm to blame at this point for even coming here.

The store cashiers are rude and have zero sense of customer service. They are not sanitizing between customers. Three cashiers tried to tell me the same thing about a transaction and when I asked for a manager they lied and called a shift manager. Every adult knows a shift manager is a glorified cashier. A general manager knows things they do not know. Since I have been a manager I knew I was not wrong about this particular issue. I will be calling the regional manager just because I know I’m not wrong and because of the poor treatment from the girls there and their friend on the phone (another kid they tried to pass off as the manager). If they are treating others like they did me and double charging at the same time (which they full on admitted to me several times as if I would be okay with that), that is a major problem. Maybe others won’t say anything but I will. Get ready for a team meeting girls cause you will hear about that again. It’s not even the money (I have $3000 on that card), but the principal (what if I didn’t have all of that on that card) and I’m not even mad but I wholeheartedly think this is definitely worth speaking up about. The pharmacy is always overwhelmed too. For the placement and being a 24hr pharmacy they should have better stock of everything and be more efficient. Pharmacy staff is usually nice though.

CVS is the worst pharmacy ever! I come here multiple times a week for medication for my medically fragile child. There is always an issue. I am not exaggerating in the slightest. What I ordered is seldom ready when I come to pick it up. Even though I re order things 2 days prior to coming. I wait forever in the drive thru only to be told "sorry, it's not ready, can you come back in an hour? " Insert sarcastic remark. "Sure no problem, nothing would bring me more pleasure than to leave and come back and sit in the line again for 20 minutes! " Medications she has been on for years all the sudden are not covered by insurance? Oh, that only happens when certain people are working. Come back the next day and it's magically paid for! All I want to do is come to the pharmacy say my child's name and BD and pick up her medication. So, as I sit here yet again going through the drive through for a second pass waiting for medication I was told to come back in an hour yesterday, guess what it wasn't ready today! Stay clear of CVS if at all possible. You will pull your hair out!

No one is friendly & the pharmacy techs all ignore the customers when they need to be helped & after they only look your way 5 times & that's in a 10min period of waiting the irritated tech comes over.

I was charged for something I didn't buy. I just went to buy some lavender product...

Pharmacy takes forever to answer phone. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they are suppose to be ready! Sometimes not enough staff to help our customers!

Been on hold for 55 min sitting on hold while I write this just need to find out if the rx they supposedly ordered on the 24th came in because if not my mother will have to go sit in the ER Due to severe possible withdrawals not to mention the pain she will be in we get her meds here every month so why do they not have them for their regular customers this is ridiculous they can at least answer their phones that would be very helpful

Juanita at the CVS window went over and beyond for my daughter who was in pain. There was an issue with medicine and she took care of it. THANK YOU!
