10The place is good with gift cards but I recently got an apple gift card and it’s saying invalid so this means that the retailer forgot to activate it. CVS can you please activate it.
Super efficient and friendly pharmacy department. Switching all my prescriptions to this location. Great experience.
Apparently this isn’t a “24 hour” CVS. I have been by there twice in the last hour and it is closed. Just a suggestion but a sign on the door, change the hours sign outside the door or better yet turn off the 24 hours sign. Yes that might just work especially for customers.
They have 24 hour pharmacy lit up around the whole outside of the store it's even on their door "open 24 hours" but the 3 times in the past few months I've gone for medicine for my kids they're closed from 1am to 5am. False advertisement at its best.
Usually cvs is great so is the pharmacy But not this time. Didn't have my meds they didn't get there shipment in. I got the run around for a week. Hopefully they'll do better next time I go in
The team at the Redlands Mall CVS were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They greeted me upon entering, helped with a specific request and did it all with no stress, no waste of time. Highly recommend.
Always nice and clean. Went yesterday and even though the place was crowded, the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Tried to have a prescription refilled. Was told the closed CVS store at the tricity plaza had already charged my health insurance, and it would not fill my request. It took 2 hours of phone calls and 2 visits to finally get it refilled. Completely unprofessional. Changing to Rite Aide drugstore.

They told me my prescription would be ready in 2 days. It has been 3 weeks. Previously, my prescription was at Costco but they told me they would be able to get it delivered in 2 days if I contacted my doctor to have it switched to their pharmacy. The last time I spoke to the pharmacy manager she said there was a national shortage and they hadn’t had my medication in in months.
