Drug Store CVS reviews
109 am store is dirty. No one cleaned up last night. Carpet is awful. Sad, it gets great for traffic for business. The shelves have dirt on them also.

I have been a customer at the above store since 2004. Each year, the condition of the store gets worse and worse. It is filthy, run-down and smells like feet. The carpets are soiled. The shelves are full of dust and only a quarter filled with actual products. I loathe going in this CVS to fill my prescriptions - I wait until the absolute last possible minute to go in.
So many items are locked up and/or dirty or even unavailable. I feel both like a criminal when I walk in and like my money isn't valued. I used to easily spend $100-$150 each visit, lingering down the aisles each week. Now, I get in and out for my prescription - no lingering for me.
While the staff is friendly, they all seemed depressed and unmotivated in such a dismal location. I don't blame them.
Clean up this store and show the neighborhood you actually care about us and our business.
When CVS messes up an order or delivery, it takes several days to resolve and they have no human who can take care of it. They cannot step out of their computerized systems to resolve it. We needed our medication, and depended on it to be delivered YESTERDAY according to the tracking etc. Even calling the corporate office and escalating it did not help. They reached out to their district manager, DEEP PATEL, but he didn't return the call either. They are not allowed to call him and must email him only. I spent literally 8 hours trying to get this resolved and am still in limbo and honestly, my head HURTS. I didn't care if Uber-eats delivers the meds! They could not coordinate with SHIPT who usually does their delivery because of the computer glitch. In the meantime, we are now missing 2 doses of the meds. The meds were ordered in enough time. This is ridiculous CVS-get your delivery situation together.
Worst pharmacy ever, since sharon their main pharmacist left a fewyears back its downhill from there
Every time is the same situation, big lines, always missing prescription or they don't have the medication. Unprofessional personal with bad attitude.
Very bad service from a lady who attends.she made me wait since yesterday for my prescription. I went the next day and she also left me waiting and in the end she told me that anyway she no longer had what I was using and Because he didn't tell me that from the beginning for me to go to another cvs. I told him to give me my prescription to go check another cvs.he didn't want to give it to me, he told me that it was no longer useful anyway and that in no other cvs could it be because the recipe was there. I told him that I was going to check anyway.and I went to another and quickly they attended me very kindly in another cvs. I'm going to put the complaint so that this does not continue to happen it is not fair that they take it out on the client their bitterness oh whatever they have.
This is store it’s my favorite almost for 25 years! I feel welcome all the time, the store always look clean and organized, the workers are friendly and helpful, this CVS. Make great my neighborhood.
Love love love to shop at CVS! Staff is always friendly and helpful and I. Am always find what I’m looking for. Plus I get lots of coupons and extra care bucks
The new manager Jessica was friendly but this store only gets worse over time!
Too many homeless people around
Extremely helpful staff and nice cashiers, that sometimes go out of their way to get you the low prices and save some money, lately some products in the medicine aisles have been out of stock but that’s pretty understandable since Covid and flu season.
