LIE = Open 24 Hrs. I can't tell you how many times I've showed up at this store just to see a sign. Woops sorry. We know we promise 24 hours but we decided not to today. Sucks to be you! Ha ha. Unbelievable. Just put the accurate hours on the door!

I made an appointment for a flu shot, but apparently did not do it through MinuteClinic. I was told I made the appoint through CVS. This CVS location is a MinuteClinic location. But I was turned away saying that my insurance didn't cover the vaccine through CVS and that I had to go through my doctor. I've done previous vaccines at this location. But rather than help me then and there, I was turned away and later told over the phone that I had to reschedule as a MinuteClinic appointment. Total waste of my time, and the pharmacist had a very snooty attitude about it all. Not helpful at all.

Before you get an important prescription filled here (need same day or next day), call in advance to make sure they have it in stock. You will run into a large problem if they are out of stock and have to call your doctor back to get the prescription transferred to another location. I found out the hard way way.

Everything is locked behind glass and the checkout line was >30 minutes long. You can’t use the self checkout because everything has to be taken to the register for you.

Not a convenient convenience store. I ended up leaving and going to Walgreens up the road, which probably saved me a lot of time.

I drove a considerable distance to get there because there was something important I needed and it was the closest one open at this hour which says “24 hours” which is why I drove the distance. Only to find out that they advertised falsely because when I got there, it was closed. Not good business.

Incorrect hours posted, they lie and say on window 24 hours. ‘new’ hours not posted.the worker said that sign has been outdated several months! And no new sign with updated hours!

They gave me selenium sulfide shampoo with added urea in it instead of the normal one, and it made my head burn and itch. When I called to get the normal selenium sulfide shampoo ordered in, they said I'd have to pay $70 again to get the normal one. Why are they giving this awful urea one to people? It will make them suffer not get better.

It is impossible to approach the cashier because of the dog without a muzzle! It is also impossible to turn around between the shelves with a stroller to the self-service checkouts. No one removed the dog and did not make a remark to the owner of the dog without a muzzle! Why doesn't the administration keep order in the store. There is also no consultant from whom you can ask for purchases

Always a hassle, always have to give my insurance info again. Many prescriptions not filled in a timely manner. Some take more then a week Employee are rude

Staff is incompetent and they do not know what they are doing. First time last time at this location.

The greeter here, a young man with caring and kind energy, made me look forward to going to the pharmacy during a very challenging medical situation. I got to where I hoped he’d be there. I loved seeing him help others as well. His service and genuine efforts will always keep me coming to this location. I wish I got his name! And if someone reads this who knows his name I would love to send a heartfelt thank you to him! He truly had a profound impact on me. Some people have a gift for making life feel okay and I want him to know how invaluable his gift is. It doesn’t go unnoticed. He probably impacts more people every day than he can even imagine. And it’s a reminder to me to carry that forward and remember that kindness, humor, and eye contact are powerful tools I can emulate.

Easily my favorite employee in Pacific Beach/San Diego. Guy standing by the self checkout kiosks is absolutely fantastic. Greets all of the customers as they walk in and as they exit. His positivity is contagious and I find myself purchasing more from CVS than Vons next door because of this employee's attitude.

Not a pharmacy. They refused to fill my meds I’ve been on for the last 9 years. I only wanted to go to the one walking distance to my house but I will never shop here and I would suggest you move your business elsewhere immediately. Let me know what I need to do to convince you. It was a horrible experience. Complete lack of concern for a routine I’ve had established and has been working for me. I can’t afford to have my medical life thrown about. Would give negative stars if I could.

Went to minute clinic, lady was a terrible person. She was rude and yelled at me for no reason. The doctor here made me feel very uncomfortable. Never going to this CVS again.

Doesn't notify customer when they can't fulfill paid order. Can't cancel the order online either without having to call customer support.

Ordered 8 COVID kits to be picked up from this store. The order was not ready by the time I had to leave San Diego. The order was mysteriously marked as “picked up” by employee
