CVS, Lancaster CA

This place is nasty outside. YES that is human feces and urine on the walk way. The only reason I ever come here is as a delivery person picking up an order. The whole parking area is always nasty, inside you cannot find a single shopping card or basket because the homeless have stolen them all and they don't want to replace them. I wish they would have the decency to clean up the parking lot as it poses a health hazard for anyone going to the store.

I arrived at this CVS location at 9: 41 PM. The doors were locked. I called and asked to come in and was told the store is closed due to technical difficulties. That's a lie. Thanks for closing early so you don't have to do your job Sara.

Instead of greeting me, A loss prevention recording was activated so that I would hear it and, presumably not shoplift. I’m offended.

This customer service at tha pharmacy is suck… on 3/26/23 I was trying to filled my prescription at this place… and this two ladies with a nasty actitud.they look like angry cows… they look so unhappy, unprofessional… they just work there unhelpful, Nasty rude and disrespectful… will not fill prescriptions here… very sad for. This people

I was looking for Caladryl, (a combination of calamine lotion and Benedryl to take away pain). They didn't have it but they did have a store brand one so I bought that.

Every time I’ve been in this store at least purchasing personal items, the cashier clerks have always been polite and helpful! Their pharmacists are been quite busy to swamped at times so the wait time is a little long.

What has happened to the customer service industry in today’s society! There’s absolutely zero respect and courtesy anymore! David the pharmacist cuts me off while I’m speaking on the phone and talks over me so I try to get a word in to finish what I was trying to explain that I was told by my doctor’s office and he continues rudely taking over me then accuses me of lying when I said I was told by another pharmacist that they were special ordering the medication I needed. Ummmm, listen David, I do not lie! Perhaps you need to practice what exactly it means to respect people since you are in an occupation that deals with people.

The employees at the pharmacy are incredibly rude. Terrible service CVS needs to close this location it’s a disservice to the brand. Highly recommend trying an online retailer for your prescription. (Amazon Pharmacy / Express Scripts). Better prices, home delivery, no bad attitudes.
