Drug Store CVS reviews
14I often shop at CVS and this particular sales associate, Sharon, was most helpful and pleasant. I always find what I'm looking for easily. Thank you CVS
Every time I have gone to this CVS, the female pharmacy worker has been dismissive and condescending. She refuses to do anything beyond the barest of minimums and sometimes doesn’t even do that. For example, she’s never consulted me about the medicines prescribed to me and it’s like pulling teeth to find solutions when they don’t have something.
I recommend sending prescriptions elsewhere, even if it’s further away. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with this pharmacy.
Pepcid 50 tablets in CVS $30.79 same product $17.76 in amazon, now we have to ask CVS you sell all the materials at an above market price, why? All the same products are bought cheaper from amazon, why don't you want to catch a price quality?
Will take 5 days to get drugs to help with nausea from cancer treatments.go to any pharmacy but here.
If I could give ZERO star, I would in a heartbeat. This pharmacy and the lady pharmacist when I came today 6/9/2023 around 4: 30pm were so incompetent. My doctor had sent them my prescription last week and when I came today (more than a week later), they still didn't have it. The pharmacist gave me an attitude and was very condescending for no reason. All I needed was to pick up my prescription, which they charged >$100 more.
Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Worst pharmacy ever, the employees have the worst attitude and waste customers time for no reason. I have been there two times, and they did the same both time. The first time, I went there for vaccination, and they told me to wait.we would call your name. After 1 hour and 40 min when did not call my name, I went to them and asked they said oh sorry but we can not see your name in our computer, go to the website and make another appointment and I did it again and show them the confirmation as well. They said ok wait till your appointment time, " i waited from 4 to 6 pm, and after 6 pm, I went to them and told them that based on my appointment, 6 pm is my vaccination. They checked their computer again and said oh maybe there is some problem with the system. " Can you set another time. I left there and went to Walgreens and did the vaccinations in less than 30 min.
Today again I went to pick up my brother's medicine, it was on hold because of the insurance I told them my brother got anesthesia and is in bad condition at my car with no supervision, I will pay for medicine from my pocket just give me the medicine. She said ok wait for your name. " After 30 min of waiting, I went back and told them my situation again and asked them to please do it a little bit faster. It was just one medicine (Tylenol). But they told me with a very bad attitude to go and drop your brother at home.we have other patients as well. If it was taking a long time, why haven't you told me at the beginning so I wouldn't waste my time sitting there? Or at least they could tell it with much respect and good voice.
One star is even more for such attitude and bad customer service, but it is the least I could give right now.
I would like to give this pharmacy a zero (00000000), but I had to give them at least 1 star in order to leave a review.
Last night my husband had an 8: 30 PM appointment at the John Muir urgent care center on Treat Blvd.in Walnut Creek. He had tested positive for COVID. The Doctor said she was sending a prescription for Paxlovid to the Bancroft CVS because they were open until 9: PM. I rushed over to the store in order to get there before closing time. When I arrived, they claimed they had no prescription for my husband, and when I asked if they could call the urgent care center in order to acquire the prescription for us, they flatly refused. They obviously could have cared less.
Needless to say, I will never step foot in that store again. They completely failed us in our time of need.
The clerks to pick up prescriptions have the worst attitude and service. I am already changing to other pharmacies even if they are further away
Waited over 1 hour past my MinuteClinic appointment time. Poor communication about the delay too. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.
Terribly understaffed and has been since 2020 (no longer an excuse as far as I'm concerned). Sometimes only one window for getting prescriptions open with five people in the back. For five years, I've been there once or twice every month. They still don't know me. Best times to go there are 9-10 AM and 2-3 PM. Worst time has always been 11-1. I miss Longs at this location, but I'm told I can't live in the past. I still can try.
The WORST pharmacy on planet earth! They can NEVER manage to get a prescription right, total incompleteness.
I called ahead of time asked if they had my prescription in stock, after twenty minutes on the phone she confirmed "Yes" but when I go to pick it up the next day they don't have it, mind you after standing in a long line. This isn't the first time either! Go anywhere else but here!
Excellent customer service of Bancroft staff. I had a pick-up in CVS Antioch but due to the strong wind and rains that day I tried to go to Bancroft instead since I am in the area. Crismina, on the frontline, helped me for my request. I received a big help on that day, thanks to Crismina.
My wife and I were very pleased with the helpfulness of the clerks at the Bancroft Store in Walnut Creek, CA. They helped us locate items in the store; they offered 3 locations for one particular item and we were able to find a lower cost solution due to their helpfulness. Two clerks helped my wife locate a particular type of cleansing product. The cashier was also very courteous, kind, and helpful.
