The dyed black hair supervisor at the store does not belong near customers. She is insulting she didn’t have time for me. I was trying to ask her questions. She walked away in the middle of it. You should promote the cash register woman on Sunday morning to supervisor and get rid of that other thing.

I’ve been coming here and buying groceries for a very long time and surprisingly my visit today was disappointing. The employees were really rude to me which was shocking. I asked an employee to help me unlock something from a cabinet and gave me attitude saying “not right now go ask someone else”. (FYI he was on his phone standing around.) very poor customer service.

I called this afternoon and spoke to a lady at the Pharmacy department and tried to schedule a Covid 19 test. The lady told me the test is available and no need to make an appointment and just walk in any time before the store close at 8pm today, So I left from work an hour earlier to get there and was told by other staff at the front desk of pharmacy department that I need to schedule online and the test is not available at this store. I complained this misleading information to the store manager Thomas T and he said there is nothing he can do but just will inform their staff about the issue that I just raised.

The cashier wasn't friendly. She had a angry face. She didn't thank me. I thanked her but she ignored me.

I'm sorry but the reviews I see seem to be for another location then the one I go to. I go to the East Valley location in Alhambra and the customer service I have received is horrible. I don't know if it because I typically go to the pharmacy but in person as well as on the phone, the staff is never apologetic for making me wait long periods of time, have attitude, mix up medication.
I have encountered an issue when different providers send medication and I go in to pick up (hours after my appointment) and I am told that they have "just received the order". This never happened with other pharmacy locations. At other locations, the medication was always ready by the time I was able to make it over the pharmacy straight from the doctors office (less then 20 mins.) Now at this location it is very common to expected my medication the following business day. Since I have chronic aliments, the next business day is unacceptable.
I am asking for someone with any power within this organization to step in and help resolve these issues ASAP! This CVS is the closest to my house; if I do not see any changes I will be taking my business elsewhere even if it is not as convenient for me unfortunately.

Thank you for being there for me. Customer service has room for improvement in the pharmacy department.

Medicines to personal care are all in one visit. And the cashier is adding an extra mile on his job.

Yes some days this place can be quite packed if you’re picking up meds especially on a Wednesday but other than that, they have convenient hours for store and pharmacy too. Sometimes the deals they have on the ad are great. Parking is easy in the large lot.

Also, if you use the app, there’s a new feature to pick up in store by ordering all your stuff and they have it ready for it!
It was my first time trying this pilot of pick up in store out. In the past it was so frustrating because something would say IN STOCK, then you go in to the store and it wasn’t even on the shelf. So giving this a try, and having an email confirmed that it was ready within an hour or two was wonderful. Then it said, we’ll hold it for 3 days was convenient. I went in in the evening time (because it’s less busy) to pick it up the same day and it was hassle free. Love it! Will definitely be doing this more often. Oh and all my coupons applied easily including carebucks and I paid with credit card via Apple Pay without issues. So quick!
