This CVS branch is horrible. The staff are definitely not helpful. They hang up on you on the phone while you still talking.
Well, I know why the reviews are poor. I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding my medication. I’ve been calling and calling and something is wrong with their phone system. I just need to speak to a person about my medication but it’s impossible. Time for a new pharmacy.
The pharmacy is understaffed and the service definitely suffers because of that. The pharmacists themselves are very good. And today, assistant Bernadet, went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with her kindness and efficiency!
Had to stand in line for the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. Wouldn’t be surprised if they filmed the first SAW movie in there.
PS. No disposable seat covers
Horrible serves from Ash. Clearly Ash doesn’t have common sense he was putting many heavy objects in one single bag and proceeded to rip the bag.
There should be a Corporate review concerning the employee called Marcus. On several occasions he has snapped at me unwarranted whilst presenting a standoff demeanor. I've witnessed him treating other customers this way including elderly individuals. Attitude is important, his is bad for business.
I always have a great experience at CVS. I shop at CVS in Malibu. The make-up Dept gives me samples to try out new skin care, checking out is easy and customer service is always helpful. They have great items in the store. I use CVS coupons to save money on my favorite cosmetics and save money on pet items.
