CVS, Roseville CA

This place is stupid. I have to leave a voicemail and hope the pharmacy calls me back in a yimely fashion. What a joke

Found myself in numerous directions and full of stress. Check out gal was with the Christmas spirt. And was calm, kind, and understanding along with doing cash register duties.

This pharmacy is a joke. 4th time in 3 days i've tried to come to drop off a prescription, only to be shooed away this time because all 5 of them have to take lunch at the exact same time on a Thursday. Ridiculous.

New system is extremely irrating, can't reach pharmacy after answering all the questions. Have to leave a messag to have someone call back not customer fiendly!

I'm an MD provider. This CVS pharmacy does not accept phone prescriptions, only "e-scribe. " Makes it easy for pharmacy, difficult for providers & patients. Customer service and working with practitioners appears to be a thing of the past for CVS! (at least in Roseville)

Horrible service at the minute clinic appointment was for 10am today sat in the waiting room for 40min with not even a simple acknowledgement from the Dr.on duty patient before in waiting room with had a appointment time for 10min after me yet was taken back first still not even a hello from said Dr when walking into waiting room. Said patient who was taken back before me was having issues with insurance and after all this time the doctor still has not come out so needless to say 40min wait for nothing I got up and left. So unprofessional especially for someone working in the healthcare field DO BETTER

I can’t thank you enough for the great service! I was treated like I was the only person in the store! I felt like Laura really cared about my photo project! So so grateful! Incredible customer service! That’s why I always come back!
