CVS, Visalia CA

Called the pharmacy to check status on my prescription after having recently moved. Pharmacist on the phone seemed annoyed from the get go. I get it, I have one of those days too, but she hung up on me mid-sentence when I still had questions. It is what it is I guess

Pharmacy tech was yelling at a customer today for no reason over the phone as they were outside in drive up when i was there today so weird and unprofessional he tried telling them multiple called to complain about them but the phone never went off while i was there

I cant comprehend how this place is still operating. They have a high influx of orders to fulfill with very little staff to accomplish this so the wait times are absolutely ungodly. I strongly advise a different, more efficient pharmacy. Literally any other place is better that this one!

I was first person waiting in line for 20 min and was told to come back later because the pharmacist didn't have time to locate the prescription. He chose to help other people after me. This is wrong. It should be based on first come first serve. Very unprofessional.

The staff here is very friendly and are always willing to help you find what you need. Out of the 3 locations in Visalia, Ca, this is the one to go to.

Horrible store horrible customer service the cashier named Nancy is really bad we went to try to get money out from money gram she had no knowledge. She wouldn't confirm my information to give me my money she was rude. I called money gram and they said CVS needed to confirm first my information. We told them CVS cashier didn't have no knowledge besides being lazy and not wanting to help us out right. We had to drive to Save mart the cashier their confirmed my information really quick and gave me my money from money gram! Never going back to CVS she was really bad bad service made us waste tons on time

Third time in a row that my medicine hasn’t been ready when told that it would be. Very slow and very unprofessional. I was even asked by a clerk one time “why are you taking this medicine”? As in my dx? Can anyone say Hippa law violation. Training on customer etiquette highly suggested. I won’t go into my daughter and Moms experiences. I think it’s time for a different pharmacy. Also it is filthy on the outside of the store.

I went to pick up my prescription at 10am when the pharmacy was to open. At 10: 05 went to the front of the store to ask the associate if the pharmacy was going to open. I was told yes it a few minutes the pharmacy associates were running late. Come to find out the pharmacist was not there yet. I waited another 20 minutes still no pharmacist. I left called back at 12: 00 they were still waiting for the pharmacist. What is going on? The staff at this store is very unprofessional. I have never had this problem with the CVS on Caldwell.
