6Poor communication skills on part of the pharmacist. This location has a reason for it's poor customer service and I lay blame on it's staff. Trust but verify is how they should be treated, ensure you get the name of the employee you talk to, keep them accountable, then again they will just lie to your face.
Jano, Annie, and Diana are all extremely professional. I had to unexpectedly move back to California and they both worked with my Doctor to have my medication refilled when there was literally only a 48 hour gap between my next refill date. I highly recommend this pharmacy location to anyone looking for great customer service! Thank you to Jano, Diana Annie! - Tyler
Absolutely awful. “manager” answered the pharmacy phone “hello” and was extremely rude and dismissive. Gave me a pickup time of “sometime later tonight” and when I mentioned I needed a time to arrange pickup he wouldn’t give one because I’m “not the only one”. I pressed for at least an estimate and he kept saying “later tonight”. Was at another CVS until I moved and they were amazing! I’ll be going back.
Terrible customer service for prescriptions. She said 15 mins for expediting the prescriptions. Turns out they did not even start processing them until after 30 mins when I followed up. Ended up waiting almost an hour.
Never coming back here again
Waited all day for CVS to fill prescription. Dr had to send it in electronically multiple times before CVS could find it. Now they send me a text wanting me to open an account with them.for security purposes. Stood in line for 10 minutes in pain to be told they still don t have it. Would they call the Doctor? Nope, needed to stand in another line for that.no ADA compliance in this store. All I want is my damn prescription filled. I will never set foot in CVS again.
Pharm Techs always do their best to keep the line moving and everyone happy. They are always so kind no matter how busy they are. The pharmacist is GREAT! He knows his customers by name and makes you feel more than just a number. I love this location as my local pharmacy! They do a great job especially considering how busy their location gets. Being in the pharmacy industry is not easy. I commend them for their hard work and maintaining a positive demeanor at all times!
