This CVS pharmacy is definitely well stocked and organized the employees are very friendly and helpful it’s definitely very convenient to have this pharmacy in our neighborhood. The pharmacy staff are also very friendly and helpful and attentive. It’s definitely a wonderful place, especially to get your prescriptions, medications, and refills, right in your neighborhood. I ordered instacart from this 24 hour location for some badly needed medicine tonight only to have the shopper tell me the cardboard sign said "Closed, open at 6am" this is unacceptable and should not have happened!

TYE WES AND HAYLEY ARE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK ETHIC OR MORALS. All the reviews clearly show their misconduct. Who’s in charge with the staff here cause they should be fired as well.

Your pharmacists are horrible. One girl hung up on me mid conversation and I have complained about it.now I would LOVE for you to go through the phone recording of my last session with the pharmacy today. It was a man, he was very very rude telling me to be quiet and then when he realized what his job was he changed his attitude. 27750 Santa Margarita Parkway. They have nothing but horrible pharmacists who don't care about their patients. What is wrong with you guys. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS. He needs to be fired. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

I have never had such a off putting, bad experience at this cvs until today. I’ve been to this CVS numerous times due to the fact that i live literally 3mins away and have never felt so disrespected before. This store associate named “haley”, white girl with dyed blonde hair in pigtails today, made my little sister and I feel like we were unwelcomed and trespassing in a store we’ve continuously visited. First stating that there’s items locked up and that we need to call for someone to unlock them, which i very well know. All because we were rummaging through some items looking for the right one to buy. Secondly, not so secretly keeping an eye on us when we were looking at some makeup. She had the audacity to treat me like a child when telling me to make sure to not try on the lipglosses and to not open them as if that’s not common sense and disgusting.i truly wonder how much y’all are paying this woman for her to treat her job this seriously. We looked close in age so for her to be targeting me and treating me like some immature minor is crazy, almost felt racially motivated.

Never have I been so humiliated in my entire life I have been coming to the CVS since it has opened and yet the night manager saw fit for me to open my purse, run my purse through the front door scan just to make sure I didn't steal. Isn't the law that they are supposed to see you take something before they confront you! ; I come into the store almost everyday since it's opening. I just wanted to speak to the female cashier yet after pushing the button and waiting for 15-minutes no one had appeared finally an employee just about to go on his break informed me that he couldn't help me he had to go or risk being written up, so after ringing the bell over and over the night manager saw fit to humiliate me even though I come in almost every night and have given him no reason to believe that I am a thief. I will be talking to corporate!

I was shopping like normal customer and a worker named Hayley Van was threatening to kick me and my friends out of the store because we set a product down in the wrong place, we politely moved it back and she kept up her rude and passive aggresive tone, afterwards she kept follwing and targeting me and my friends. She was unescessarily rude and the way we were treated made me feel very unsafe as a minor, I was going to purchase a mascara but after the expirience i didnt want to. Horrible Expirience.

I walked into cvs with my friend and the second we stepped foot into it some male employee with brown hair immediately rushes over and follows us around.we start to look at facial cleansers and notice the guy so we start to leave.he runs over to the front door and stops us and immediately starts to question if we put the bottle of cleanser back (which he saw us pick up) we said yes and he asks us to OPEN OUR BACKPACK? Anyways we did and left and came back to get candy and he starts FOLLOWING US AGAIN this time with some lady with gradient purple and blue hair.i asked him why he was accusing us specifically and he said he “wasn’t accusing. ” this behavior is completely HORRIBLE and this brainless, non logical idiot of an employee should be fired immediately.this is the worst experience i’ve ever had in any store and this needs to be addressed.

In case the video didn't work, hats off to Kimberly who went out of her way to assist me with the Oil of Olay cabinet and the photo I ordered on line. She does everything! Amazing!

Hayley from the beauty department is the best! She gave me an awesome sunscreen recommendation and let me know about upcoming deals on the beauty products in the store. She is super upbeat and and a great help when I’m looking for new beauty products.

Wow is all I can day about rhw experience I just had at this store. And not in a good way. I simply wanted to scan some photos for a funeral service and couldn't get even a modicum of help. I scanned them. Awesome. Quick and easy. The machine pops open and asks for a cd. Finally got someone's attention to ask where I'm supposed to get a cd. One girl was just like "we're not trained on those" and literally walked away. The guy said he was going to help and then went to the registers across the aisle to help people. Finally a third person came up and was able tongice me the cd when I asked him. Then when I went to pay, the 2nd person wants to be all chipper and ask how I got it to work and blah blah blah. I asked could he just ring me up and he had an attitude wanting some other paper that didn't come out of the machine. He went over and came back empty handed. Not once did I receive an apology for their incompetence or the length of time it was taking to complete something that should have been easy. I should have just walked out of the store without paying. CVS should not offer these service if you cannot be bothered to train your employees on the basics.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had surgery yesterday and my mom and sister went to get my medicine as I couldn't even stand and the pharmacy people were very rude. They yelled at my mom and sister and claimed they couldn't give them my prescription because I had to be present. They explained my situation and then they claimed that they couldn't give my mom the prescription because they claimed the hospital had to call them to transfer my prescription, the hospital did call and they still refused to give my prescription. Fast-forward to today, I had to call the hospital and tell them if they could transfer my medicine to another cvs and I'm in serious pain at the moment.

Prescription was never delivered, called 5 days in a row to sort out the situation. Was told I would get a call back, but I never did. I called back several more times, and each time, I had to explain the whole story again. Each time I was put on hold, then hung up on after waiting for 20 mins!

I went in to ask if I could schedule an appointment to get my second dose of Covid vaccine since I couldn’t do it online. The lady I spoke to told me I probably selected Moderna online (which they don’t carry) that’s why it didn’t come up. I explained my first dose was Pfizer and that’s what I need so I’m certain I didn’t select Moderna but could use her assistance. Rather than helping me understand their processes on how I can get the second dose, she told me I need to wear a face mask since I’m not fully vaccinated. Since I don’t live in CA and didn’t look into whether or not face mask is mandatory, I left only to learn that it’s recommended but not required.
