CVS, Chula Vista CA

Call the CVS line. The automatic machine gave me a time of 6: 32 for picking up my medication. I went to the pharmacy and approached the pickup to be told that they hadn't received the authorization from my doctor. I said why didn’t you guys try to contact the patient so we can get a hold of our doctor! A bunch of excuses. I called my doctor, and everything got done in 15 minutes to max. When asked to talk to the person in charge of the pharmacy, magically, the person left early. If you are in a lot of pain, please choose another pharmacy better at communicating the challenges to the patients.

Their customer service sucks, I will never go back there. They told us the prescription was ready, then they said to wait 30 minutes, came back and still wasn't ready, after another 30 minutes rhey were closed and I was told to come back tomorrow and there was nothing they can do, in the meantime I had my son in pain for more than 24 hours, go to another CVS!

Online hours say 11 pm but they close at 10. Update your online hours and don’t make your customers waste their time driving to your store

I just left CVS with a very bad taste in my mouth about them. They told me that my medication was ready and then as I arrived there they made me wait 30 minutes for them to prepare my medication. Once they told me the medication was ready, they said that somebody will call me no one ever called me, and then they double charged me for the medication. I’m very disappointed.

Store hours aren't correct. Closes at 10pm. A store that sells first aid supplies and medicine needs a higher standard.

Great store/pharmacy. Always can find what I need and the store employees are friendly and helpful with any questions I have.

Prices seem a Tick higher, but tricare changed providers and we have to come here. I will say their technology is far superior and makes for a much better overall experience.
