LONG wait on pharmacy line. Perhaps they are VERY busy these days. So we contacted a different location.

Always greeted with a smile, store is always organized, and the lines are never long. Also have drivethru for the Rx.one of the best locations.

I have got to say that this pharmacy has stepped up in a huge way during this crisis. They are working around the clock to get prescriptions filled and out. I look over at the wall of filled prescriptions and it's literally hundreds and hundreds. These front line workers are putting themselves at risk to do their part to keep us safe. THANK YOU! Quick, professional, and safe. That's all I can ask for.

I have called several times and have been left on hold for over 40 minutes. I know I am not the only one based on these incredibly vindictive reviews. This is NOT acceptable.the employees need to be accountable to provide medicine in a timely manner. Will take my prescriptions elsewhere. Dont waste your time here!

Poor customer service. My girlfriend and I were double charged on two separate occasions. Not cool

On hold with Pharmacy for 32 minutes before I decided to hang up.someone better have died for that to be acceptable.

Amita is a filthy pig. Ugly and gross and smells like a garbage can. Her English is as bad as her customer service. She's gross

I have been going to this location since it opened and have found what I needed and the workers are always helpful and friendly.

Lousy service as far as the techs go.
The girl with black hair is rude and needs to be fired.
Cant count the times she messed up my rx and she is not too bright.
Maybe on her monthly friend dont shop there

The WORST pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Inept beyond belief, rude, and unable and unwilling to do their jobs.

The retail side of the store is fine, but the pharmacy staff are rude and their stock is low. I won't use this CVS pharmacy anymore.

They are sold out of men's shaving products, and have been constantly out of stock for over 7 weeks? That's a little bad, but they are located in a good area. And they have three self check out machines which is convenient. Next to Laundry if you need to grab a snack while you wait.

The staff at this location are always willing to go above and beyond to assist in asking may we help you or did you find what your looking for with genuine care! Also the pharmacy staff who are very efficient and polite!

I really like this place. Over and above level of customer service! The pharmacy staff is helpful and are genuinely concerned about you using your prescriptions properly and for best results. If you work the coupons and your CVS card, it's actually cheaper than Target or any other big store. I kid you not!

This store does not get the credit it deserves. A) The pharmacy is sorely understaffed and the women who run it do their best to keep the customers satisfied;. B) the store employees are awesome and also do an excellent job with customer service. C) the area is FULL of dubious characters and the store is almost always on guard; characters are the addicts, alcoholics and dis-placed people of dear 'ol NOHO. I wish NOHO was not the "Grand Central Station" of transients, however, we DO have access to all the freeways, Grayhound Bus Station on Magnolia one of the biggest Metro stops in L. A. AND not to mention all the aspiring and wonderful, VERY YOUNG, artists who arrive here with the hopes of stardom manifested in their near future. ALL this AND they are still plesant and do their best to keep a smile on their faces. So BE NICE. Bitterness causes wrinkles.

It is clean and organized well. It is on the small side so they don't have as big a selection as other stores. They also seem to short staffed quite often which is only a problem when you need help, which is not often in my experience.

I was just talking to one of the women at the pharmacy desk and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful and she abruptly transferred me to talk to someone else because she said she couldn't understand me when she didn't clearly listen to what I was saying. Very unhappy with this service.
