Drug Store CVS reviews
14I am really upset by my last visit to CVS and when I say last I mean last. Because never in my years of going to this CVS have I ever experienced what I experienced tonight. As soon as I walked through the door I was followed everywhere by the security guard. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I will never be coming back.
Really happy with CVS pharmacy. EZ prescription refills, knowledgeable & helpful staff. I feel like they care about my health and well being.
The pharmacy at this location seems to be pretty relaxed and willing to help. Even one of the guys that works here is very very nice.unfortunately these good experiences are overshadowed by two older women that seem to always be running the registers at the front of the store. Both women seem like they do not want to be there and more importantly do not like the each other or their customers. I have great experiences in the store with people I interact with but everytime I get to the register it is completely obliterated by the sour attitude of these two women. Recently my card was declined because some money had not gone through and the look I got from one of them was as if she didn't even believe I had money. I wish that there was a closer CVS to me because I would attend that one but unfortunately I am subjected to the sour grapes of this CVS.
It's at least 30+ min, just to drop off a prescription off here. Pharmacy workers are unapologetically slow.
The woman behind the pharmacy counter is a moron. After waiting 5 minutes for her to have a loud, dramatic gossipy conversation with a fellow employee about another employee, she finally turned to me to help me with the Rx I was picking up. I then also asked her if they had blood sugar monitors. She said, “THE DIABETES MACHINES are right there on that aisle. ” I went to where she directed me to three shelves full of BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORS and stood for a long time wondering if she thinks blood pressure monitors are “diabetes machines. ”
I went back and another employee overheard what she was saying and directed me to the blood sugar monitors on another shelf. By then I was not interested in seeking further help from this pharmacy so I opted not to get one. I also opted not to get another $29 item I had picked up and just payed for my prescription and left. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy before next month when I get this one refilled.
Consistently (for over 6 months) the most backed up, unorganized pharmacy I have ever used after living in 10 different cities.
This pharmacy is absolute garbage. About half of the staff actually are willing to help while the other half are contemplating whether they should breathe and blink simultaneously. Their customer service is sickening. They need a real management check and realize they are there to serve and aid people.
Best Pharmacy around, the staff is wonderful. As for customer service at the register not so great but it's a nice place for all your over the counter needs. Offers coupons and discounts every week and is nicely remodeled inside for easier access for disabled people.
This pharmacy is awful. I have been coming here for 15+ years and I finally transferred my prescriptions out. I had a prescription filled for nearly quadruple the dosage and could have had fatal side effects had I not caught the error, and I had a newborn at the time. When I informed them of the error, they were less than apologetic. I recently went to get my prescription I take daily and was informed it wasn’t being made anymore and was given a completely different medication. I was never contacted or notified of this and was not even offered a generic as an alternative. So fed up, there is no sense of urgency or attention to detail, especially for those that rely on daily medication to survive. Will not be coming here again.
Absolutely horrible. I needed to transfer my prescription and I called twice, talked to someone both times, and they never transferred my script. Never called me, nothing.
Have never had but the very best customer service from this pharmacy. To the super-critical I would say: (1) Honey catches more flies than vinegar. (2) Have YOU ever worked in retail customer service?
Pretty clean store. Most all of the staff is friendly except for one lady. Don't know what he rproblem is! Other than that everyone is nice and they always smile.
I called to check on my cancer medicine that i refill every 2 weeks and the lady Sooni from the pharmacy was very rude and had major attitude apparently she couldn't find my information in the system and i've been going there for 4 years. I asked to look up my last name and she said No she could not and demand a prescription number which i did not have at hand since i was not at home. CVS needs to teach their pharmacy employees customer sevice.
