4Heather the pharmacy tech has customer service and interpersonal skills the rest of the staff could learn from. Even when she is busy she doesn't act condescending and rude. The male pharmacist who took my call one day needs a long vacation away from people.
Waited over 3 dang on min for some one to get on the line not including the animation period so you can be transferred. When they finally do answer they cannot hear you so we both on the line repeating each other saying hello and after a few more rounds of hellos they hang up.
Not the most exciting CVS.definitely understaffed. Good product selection. Very well maintained.
Great, fast, friendly customer service except one Vietnamese pharmacy tech I don't like because she's slow to process, forgets to put extra card number and asks too many questions
