CVS Pharmacy, Canoga Park CA

The pharmacist here has some major attitude problems. She doesn't make no effort to resolve customer problems.

Got to tell management at this Topanga location, that front security point man James saw me fumbling items in food dept, and ran over with a handcart to help me, instead of just watching me fail.

Guy definitely should be going to management or higher, like training lead, soon.

Problem easily solved by putting hand carts upstairs in the food area. Not having hand carts is only going to slow your sales.

Thanks for an all-in-all nice staff, tho.

I haven’t had an issue with this pharmacy & I’ve been going here for years. Sometimes they are busy which is understandable & sometimes they are not but I have had great customer service with them. With any new prescriptions they ask if I have any questions & will do a quick consultation if needed. I’m in and out within 5 minutes unless something catches my eye in Target & I shop around.

The pharmacies customer service was very rude unprofessional and unhelpful they literally left me standing there with nobody in line for about 10 to 15 minutes After the finish what they were doing they called me up to the window I said I had a general question and the person said oh OK give me 5 minutes and literally walked Away again to finish what they were doing I had to of money kids there could not believe which has happened and just left I will never go back and I definitely do not recommend going there.
